“DE DÓNDE SALIO EL COVID”

Más allá de las consecuencias que los medios magnifican por la extensión de éste virus ¿Cuáles fueron las reales causas y lugar de su origen?

Los medios alrededor del globo y en particular los angloestadounidenses se han encargado de sembrar la idea de que el virus que transformó la realidad de las relaciones personales a nivle global, salió de un mercado de moluscos y pescados en la ciudad china de Wuhan. Pero no paso mucho tiempo para advertirse que su aparición poco tenía que ver con los chinos sino que incluso, ya existían antecedentes de que ese virus, rondaba en EEUU y que incluso, estaba almacenado en sus laboratorios militares de guerra química-biológica.

¿Pero como podría haber sucedido eso? La respuesta  siempre estuvo a la vista solo que los medios estadounidenses y sus repetidoras en sudamérica (especialmente en Argentina) se avocaron y siguen  repitiendo la línea editorial angloestadounidense del “origen chino”.

¿Recuerdan cuando George W. Bush y sus seguidores hablaban de las “Armas de Destrucción Masiva”  en Iraq? Las acusaciones apuntaban a un solo tipo de este tipo de armamentos, los químicos y biológicos que teóricamente solo poseía Iraq.  Lo chistoso era que mientras Bush actuaba como un mandatario preocupado por unas armas que en realidad ya no existían en ese país, sus propios arsenales contaban con ellas y otras aún mucho más peligrosas y nocivas. Sobre esto no hay que perder de vista que fue EEUU quien por mediados de los ochentas autorizó a las compañías químicas europeas para que surtieran a Iraq de las armas químicas y biológicas que usarían contra los iraníes y los kurdos. Lo mismo podríamos decir de lo realizado en Siria con la provisión saudí y turca de agentes químicos a los mercenarios. Entonces ¿De qué diablos están hablando? Además, ¿Acaso podemos olvidar que EEUU es un país con miles de ojivas nucleares?

Pero el desarrollo de estas armas infecciosas ha sido un tabú que solo el cine de ciencia ficción ha recreado (exageración mediante) en un sinfín de películas que muestran como el gobierno participa junto a corporaciones privadas en el desarrollo de agentes que puedan deteriorar la salud de los seres humanos por meros intereses económicos y geopolíticos. La realidad es más tenebrosa que esas películas y las pruebas de ello abundan.

No se olviden aquel gran espectaculo  mediático con el polvo de “Antrax” (una infección bacteriana cultivada en laboratorios) que por finales del 2001 y en medio de la psicosis de los ataques del 11/S supuestamente era enviado vía postal por “terroristas islámicos” –que incluía a los iraquíes- a varios personajes norteamericanos. En realidad sus autores nada tenían que ver los árabes o los islámicos. Por el contrario, las implicancias de científicos ligados al gobierno federal  quedo al descubierto pero fueron inmediatamente tapadas  y obviamente de todo ello muy poco salió a la difusión pública.

Tampoco olvidemos la pantomima de Collin Powel ante Naciones Unidas en febrero de 2003 quien con un frasquito con un polvo blanco que según el era “Antrax”, argumentó que Iraq lo poseía cuando en realidad ello era falso ¿Qué sucedió? A pesar de este sucio y burdo engaño, los norteamericanos invadieron y destruyeron mediante una brutal ocupación a un país matando a más de un millón y medio de sus habitantes y dejando miles de heridos sin que los organismos encargados de velar por el cumplimiento de la ley internacional hubieran hecho algo para detenerles.

Lo mismo esta sucediendo con la crisis sanitaria del COVID, ya que nadie puede creerse que esto haya surgido espontáneamente. Estos engendros biológicos desde hace tiempo que se experimentan y se manipulan en los complejos de las principales potencias globales y en particular de EEUU. Son una tenebrosa realidad que los medios del hemisferio poco han querido reflejar. En el caso del COVID se sabía que desde hacía mucho tiempo  los laboratorios de Bioingenieria como Burnett Womack Biohazard (BWB) en la Universidad de Carolina del Norte y los militares  en Maryland, Ohio y de otros sitios ultra secretos, se  trabajaba en la elaboración de estos virus. Incluso más. Las inconfesables implicancias de funcionarios gubernamentales como Anthony Fauci en este tipo de proyectos de Bioarmas dejan al descubierto la perfidia y la frialdad con la que se manejan estos sectores del estado profundo. El caso de Fauci es emblemático ya que mientras rogaba ante los medios por el uso del barbijo, estaba muy implicado en el desarrollo de lo que ha desatado esta pandemia.

Pero las implicancias del gobierno federal son mucho más profundas y ello se evidencia por la existencia de unos 25 laboratorios de Bioingenieria de alta complejidad que son controlados en parte por el Pentágono y la CIA (ambos presentes en la simulación de una pandemia presentada en la Fundación MELINA & BILL GATES en 2019) incluido el Centro Nacional de Análisis y Contramedidas de Biodefensa, un eufemismo para tapar las actividades de producción y ensayo de este tipo de armamento pestilente.

Tampoco olvidemos el contexto geopolítico en que se produce este “brote” signado por el acuerdo parcial firmado en la Casa Blanca en enero 2020 entre el representante chino Liu He y Donald Trump. El objeto principal de dicho acuerdo era tratar de frenar el irrefrenable avance chino en el área comercial aunque no lo haría de forma inmediata y eficaz. No sería la primera vez que sabotean a un competidor solo que esta vez, fueron demasiado lejos. Sin dudas la intensión era que China se viera obligada a renegociar los términos de ese acuerdo en un marco de desventaja, pero la reacción de los chinos dejo perplejos a los estadounidenses y como un bumernag aquello se les volvió en su contra.

Los precedentes de la conducta megalómana de Trump evidencian un carácter errático e impredecible que muy bien pudo haber tenido que ver con una dispersión deliberada y planificada de este “agente biológico” a los fines de acelerar el fracaso de lo firmado con los chinos. Obviamente ello habría sido decidido a instancias de sus asesores más estrechos, tal como sucedió con los ataques misilisticos a Siria en 2017 y 2018, el asesinato del general iraní Qassem Soleimani y la participación en el atentado ejecutado por el Mossad contra el científico iraní Mohsen Fakhrizadeh​.

Si tenemos en cuenta que un ataque biológico es prácticamente invisible, las garantías para Washington de no quedar bajo sospechas eran altas. Con ello a la vista Trump bien pudo haber autorizado un acto semejante mucho más, si éste le daba los resultados que calculaba y al mismo tiempo pensaba para si, que lo exhibiría como un tipo astuto. Pero la reacción de los chinos dejo perplejos a los estadounidenses y para peor, aquello se les volvió como un bumerang. En este marco cabe preguntarse  ¿Qué tendría que ver el repentino cierre de Fort Detrick a mediados de junio de 2019 con esta posible “operación negra”?, ¿Hubo una fuga de este “agente biológico” en la base militar que infecto a todos sus efectivos y muchos de ellos viajaron posteriormente a China?¿Acaso fueron enviados de forma deliberada allí?

Por si algún lector sospecha de un ensañamiento con EEUU, recordemos que desde Fort Detrick, una base dedicada a programas de armas bacteriológicas y ensayo de psicodrogas a solo 50 millas de Washington,  se lanzaron muchos programas de armas biológicas que terminaron probándose en incautos locales (como la población negra con el LSD) y extranjeros (en Corea y Vietnam). Sobre esto en 1949 se creo la División de Operaciones Especiales con sede en Fort Detrick que se dedicaría a ensayar tácticas de uso de agentes químicos y biológicos para uso bélico aunque muchas veces fueron victimas de sus acciones algunos camaradas que atacados por una crisis de consciencia, podrían poner en peligro la secretitud de lo que ocurría puertas adentro. Como puede verse, la democracia estadounidense  implica el derecho de morir a manos del gobierno.

Por supuesto que no siempre ensayaron sus programas sobre enemigos declarados. Tampoco puede obviarse la continuidad de sus ensayos en nuevas victimas. Las invasiones a Afganistán e Iraq ha despertado muchas sospechas de que muchos prisioneros desaparecidos y torturados fueron usados como conejillos para los sádicos experimientos con psico-drogas y bacilos elaborados en  Fort Dectrick y administrados bajo la dirección de la CIA ¿O acaso alguien olvida las pruebas que durante toda su existencia hicieron los militares sobre parte de la población local y en otras parte del mundo?, ¿Por qué, esto no podría haber sido otra de estas experiencias que termino saliéndose de control?

Para calmar la ansiedad y el nerviosismo por estas preguntas tan inconvenientes, los medios (empresas de negocios) se encargan de mantener distraída a la opinión pública con números, cifras y estadísticas del terror que  persuada a los habitantes de entregar su libertad a un estado de cosas que los obligará a mantenerse confinados y vigilados para (supuestamente) protegerles su salud, pero los cuestionamientos sobre de dónde salió este virus, poco y nada. Si tratan de explicar el origen mantienen el relato maniqueo y tendencioso de “el virus chino” o el “virus de Wuhan” para desviar cualquier mirada a sus propias incumbencias. Todo muy conveniente e inútil a su vez, al menos lo es para tratar de recuperar la normalidad afectada por semejante fenómeno.

Como habrá visto al inicio, no creemos que sea un “fenómeno de la naturaleza” salido de la saliva de un murciélago asiático o del tan mancillado “pangolín”, un mamífero de la familia de los armadillos que ha servido como chivo expiatorio para tapar lo que realmente es este virus. Su artificialidad se destaca a la legua con solo ver como ataca al organismo, como reacciona a ciertas vacunas y su extraña composición estructural. Se puede intuir que se trata de una construcción surgida de la manipulación que desde hace décadas llevan a cabo los cerebros de la industria bélica de las grandes potencias –incluidos EEUU y China- y que eufemísticamente los medios camuflan con la denominación  de “bioterrorismo”.

Incluso no es el primer virus de esta clase que azota a los seres humanos. El precedente más conocido es el SARS que hizo su aparición allá por el 2003 aunque (y pese a los intentos de los medios) no logró la categoría de pandemia. Pero antes de esta crisis ya existían otros virus menos conocidos como el MERS-CoV que apareció sin explicación alguna a mediados del 2012 en una región de Arabia Saudita para luego extenderse a toda la península arábiga ¿Alguien pudo lanzarlo allí deliberadamente? Investigadores sanitarios sauditas no hallaron una explicación científica para este brote. Aquí los chivos expiatorios fueron los camellos y los murciélagos de la región aunque ello no ha sido confirmado. Al día de hoy no se ha logrado establecer cual fue el origen real de este virus.

En lo referente al virus “COVID-19” nadie sabe a ciencia cierta cuando realmente apareció  y cuantos individuos ya estaban infectados sin síntomas conviviendo y circulando entre la población, esto no desató ninguna alarma y mucho menos la declaración por parte de la OMS de una pandemia ¿Quiénes ganan con todo esto y en particular con el intento de instalar un estado de excepción global?

La primera respuesta es, quienes buscan sacar ventajas de una situación así y los candidatos no se reducen solamente a los laboratorios  privados o los gobiernos indistintamente del país al que pertenezcan. Hay detrás de aquellos un interés bien organizado y con una agenda previamente trazada que mueve a los gobiernos como meros peones de un tablero de ajedrez. Si no lo cree, vean como han llevado a que se apliquen medidas medievales, so pretexto de predicciones completamente irreales como las realizadas por epidemiólogos como Neil Ferguson del “Imperial College” entre otros y que aún pretenden profundizar con la imposición de barbijos aún más asfixiantes.  

Sumado a ello, la competencia entre los principales países para vender sus vacunas que ya es un hecho inocultable, pone de manifiesto la miseria humana que se esconde detrás de discursos y alegorías al valor humano, la igualdad y el derecho que todos los países tienen a acceder a esta posible cura. Ejemplo de ello se ve en Palestina donde solo los israelíes acceden a la vacunación dejando de lado a los árabes bajo ocupación. Pero si eso no era poco, ahora se está hablando de problemas de producción lo que implica reducir las dosis disponibles para vacunación y con ello la extensión de medidas como es el uso de mascarillas y más aislamientos.

Se advierte una desigualdad en la provisión y en los programas de vacunación que ya se está presentando como un retraso en el acceso a esta posible cura a las poblaciones de los países más infortunados y sin economías solidas. Con esto se garantiza mantener el terror informativo y con el, la justificación de los confinamientos a la sombra de poderes excepcionales del estado, la imposición de “pasaportes sanitarios” para pasar de una jurisdicción a otra –que podría aplicarse con chips subcutáneos-   y los planteos de un reseteo económico en DAVOS, ponen en contexto a sus beneficiarios. Entonces la pregunta sería ¿Usted puede seguir creyéndose la historia de un virus natural y mutante que salió de un mercado en China?

The lack of knowledge about the origin of the causes leads to their consequences being manipulated. It's that simple when an interested party has the resources with which to massively deploy a version tailored to their own interests. When the excuses to invade Iraq were launched from the White House (including Collin Powel's performance at the United Nations in February 2003), the argumentative ground was being prepared that -in collaboration with the media- would manipulate global public opinion and the At the same time, it was forming a falsified legitimacy that would promote that action. Thus George W. Bush used as excuses to launch the aggression the implication of Baghdad in 9/11, the possession of weapons of Mass Destruction, the defense of human rights and peace through a preventive war, the latter an execrable formulation without any legal support and in turn, violation of the prohibition of war (Art. 2.4 of the United Nations Charter and Briand Kellogg Pact of 1928).

It did not take long for the questioning of these arguments to begin until the deception was irrefutably confirmed, but for the sovereignty of Iraq, the Iraqis themselves and respect for international law, it was too late. Powell's later excuses that tried to clean up its implications in that massive crime, apart from nothing credible, should not serve to argue an alleged negligence or clumsiness in the collection of information from its intelligence agencies that cost Iraq more than a million and half dead, accepting such excuses would imply endorsing a true scoundrel.

But in the meantime and until the scam was proven, Washington in March 2003 launched its invasion against Iraq and in this way the operation of the international legal structure was put to the test, which in theory should be respected by all the members of that entelechy called “International Community” that is often used continuously in the speeches of officials in Washington as a legitimizing subject with no clear limits to its composition.

Several studies have been carried out on the responsibilities of Iraq after its invasion of Kuwait, but nothing similar has been done with the responsibilities of the US and its coalition after the start of the 1991 war and the subsequent invasion of 2003. If we take a look One can quickly sense that the magnitude of what happened in both situations, in this last one they far exceeded the violations of international humanitarian and war law that were handed down to Iraq, subjecting it to a collective punishment of thirteen years of a brutal clutch that later would be crowned with an indescribable occupation.

In this way, one of the first violations found were the provisions of International Humanitarian Law (ICRC) and particularly the 1954 Hague Convention that the US troops simply ignored, as evidenced by the casuistry seen in the development of both wars. In 1991, the United States was able to take control of the air and communications over what was happening. The bombing of civilian sites that included hospitals, schools and mosques, claiming that there were weapons and military communications posts, were some of the excuses to cause mass massacres carried out in the middle of cities as populous as Baghdad and Basrah.

During the operations in the "Desert Storm", the Allied Command based in Riyadh affirmed that those were carried out applying the concept of “surgical attacks” as a way to deny civilian casualties that were being caused. When the Iraqis were able to reconnect some of the television antennas that had been deliberately bombed by the allies and showed various sectors of Baghdad devastated by the bombings, Washington claimed that it was propaganda but the destruction and the deaths were real. Buildings had been demolished to rubble where many families died and due to the chaos produced only estimates could be made by eyewitnesses of the number of deaths caused.

Another of the sinister episodes that were conveniently hidden from public opinion were the almost 500 Iraqi soldiers who were crushed some (when they tried to surrender) and others buried alive by the tanks with plows that passed them over their trenches on the border with Arabia Saudi. Although a secret Pentagon report only gives an account of 150 cases, Iraqi soldiers who were able to flee before the onslaught of the US 1st Mechanized Infantry Division, were able to see that event from a distance and later gave testimony of that exasperating episode.

Another episode that ended in an unnecessary and unjustified massacre occurred between the night of 26 and the early morning of February 27, 1991 when the allied aviation, knowing that the Iraqis were withdrawing, bombed with cluster bombs and napalm (weapons prohibited by International Conventions) an extensive caravan of civilian and military vehicles leaving Kuwait for Basra in Iraq. Once again, Washington and the western media before the leak of this fact, tried to moderate the impact of this bestiality by hiding the corpses (which included women and children) in mass graves and relativizing the number of Iraqis killed in the back. With this, the Americans and British violated all the provisions of the Law of War, the Geneva Conventions (Additional Protocols I and II), The Hague on the means and conduct of Hostilities and in general all CIRC International Humanitarian Law without doing so would have prompted some investigation.

Perhaps the most questionable thing about this was that the United Nations did not have the presence or the political courage to promote an impartial and in-depth investigation into the commission of these crimes, making it clear at that time the questionable partiality that had evidenced its authorization to that the US launched the “Desert Storm” operation and that it would then be repeated with no effectiveness in stopping the 2003 invasion.

Likewise, the West led by Washington (and with the strategic cooperation of the media) focused on holding Iraq responsible for the war catastrophe without having considered the entity and magnitude of its responsibilities. Iraq was even accused of violating international regulations, including those relating to the protection of the environment in the face of deliberate use and as a means of combating the burning of the Kuwaiti oil wells, a position that is not unanimous in addition to being highly debatable.

But the violations of international regulations regarding this environmental manipulation had already begun long before the Anglo-American planes launched their attacks and this was due to the fact that most of the bombs and missiles that were dropped on Iraq were armed with heads of depleted Uranium (U-235), a radioactive element that, in addition to enhancing the destructive power of the launched devices, altered the environment by poisoning the soil, water courses and obviously living organisms with consequences noticeable today and that will extend into the years to come. Reports from the Netherlands Institute “Base Group” show that the contamination in Iraq from the use of Uranium exceeds that produced by the 1986 Chernobyl disaster in Ukraine. The disastrous consequences of this and that they have violated the “laws of humanity” have been confirmed since the end of the 1991 war in the horrible deformations in newborns, tumor conditions and the development of cancers of all kinds in the population, especially from the province of “Al Anbar”.

Specifically, these actions violated the Convention on the prohibition of the use of Chemical Weapons, the Convention on prohibitions or restrictions on the use of certain conventional weapons that may be considered excessively harmful or of indiscriminate effects, the prohibition of the use of weapons of such a nature that they cause indiscriminate effects, the prohibition of the use of weapons that cause superfluous damage or unnecessary suffering within the framework of International Humanitarian Law and of those regulations that prohibit environmental modification techniques of December 10, 1976 for military or hostile purposes but the United States did not adhere to it and for this would not be applicable in the actions of 1991 But what can be said about the invasion of 2003?

That aggression that was the preface to one of the most bloody´s occupations of the beginning of the century, it was not exempt from the flagrant violation of all the rules of the law of war Jus in Bellum and international humanitarian law. Unlike the case of the 1991 war, it was the United States that invaded and occupied a sovereign nation, putting at risk the resources, historical assets, integrity and lives of all its inhabitants. Through this invasion, the use of Uranium ammunition was further expanded with the use by tank howitzers and some light guns of armored vehicles, deepening the poisonous pollution that their own aircraft had sown. In this case, the United Nations did not condemn or call for a call to the member countries to form an international Coalition to defend the Arab country from such aggression (Cf. Chapter VII Organic Charter).

The casuistry that could be verified on the ground undoubtedly surpassed in brutality and arbitrariness the accusations that were made at the time against Iraq when it invaded Kuwait. It also legitimized the right to resistance, which as part of the right to defense sought to preserve the integrity and preservation of a nation. Unlike the 1991 war, the United States was unable to maintain strict censorship of its actions and its presence was compromised thanks to the information activism of thousands of Internet users and alternative information sites that collected the reports of the Iraqi resistance from the Internet. In this way, the systematic violation of the pre-existing provisions in Geneva Law and the Hague Convention was more than proven.

At this time, the government of Iraq is closely following the proceedings of a lawsuit filed at the end of December 2020 by the Swedish Criminal Court against the United States and Great Britain for the damage caused during both wars on the civilian population by the use of chemical and poisonous elements such as Napalm, Phosphorus and depleted Uranium, which have been the cause - in part - of the death and incapacitation of thousands of Iraqis. It is enough to see how the presentation of a judicial case before this international body will evolve, which could set a precedent and the gateway to a treatment of the specific responsibilities of officials from both states before the International Criminal Court.

 

 

 

“AMERICA IMPLOSION”

Más allá del espectáculo y de escenificada institucionalidad en la asunción de Biden la frágil estabilidad política interior condicionara toda la política global estadounidense

Caminando por las calles de Washington (D.C.) en horas previas a la asunción del presidente  Joe Biden, daba la apariencia de estar en una ciudad tomada por un ejército invasor; y no es una exageración ¿Recuerdan Bagdad? Bien algo así. Barricadas con camiones cargados de arena para evitar el paso de carros bomba, retenes policiales y de la Guardia Nacional en los cruces estratégicos de la ciudad y el desfile constante de uniformados dirigiéndose por la Avenida Independencia y Pensilvania pintaban un panorama de contrastes para la tan promocionada “democracia”.

El panorama pretendía mostrar que el enemigo estaba esperando allí afuera, agazapado y listo para “agredir a la democracia”. En realidad eso es una ilusión, un auto engaño que intenta tapar un peligro mucho peor y ese es, que el “enemigo” está entre y dentro de ellos mismos.

Los medios adeptos al globalismo que representa Biden y Harris han elaborado un relato épico tan desopilante como esas películas Hollywoodenses en las que los buenos y los malos se baten en un campo de batalla final y, tras una sufriente trama de suspenso los buenos triunfan sobre los malos. Así es como todo el arco mediático de las Corporaciones en EEUU y ni que decir de sus vasallos sudamericanos quienes parecieran querer demostrar que son más estadounidenses que los mismos estadounidenses, mostraron una asunción como una bisagra histórica. En realidad, una verdadera novela rodeada de boato y escenografía que con mucho esfuerzo imaginativo, pretendía mostrar una normal transición en la Casa Blanca. Con este lente es que hay que analizar este recambio.

Hoy los medios y una buena parte de la élite política estadounidense da por sentado que Donald Trump arruinó el sistema y a la democracia americana pero, muchos de estos mismos actores se han beneficiado durante su periodo gracias a las políticas que implementó el repudiado mandatario. Se habla que apenas asuma Biden firmará más de una docena de decretos presidenciales destinados a deshacer varias de las políticas de la administración saliente ¿Dónde hemos visto esto antes? Ah si, en ese país llamado Argentina donde todo cambia cuando un gobierno se va y donde la seguridad jurídica es un concepto tan abstracto y duradero como el vapor.

Como decía antes, muchos de los que aplauden al mandatario entrante hicieron su agosto con Trump y varios de ellos están vinculados a los intereses que nada tienen que ver con las necesidades del pueblo norteamericano. Uno de los más beneficiados con las políticas de Trump ha sido sin dudas el estado de Israel, sus partidarios lobistas dentro del Congreso (y todos los intereses que ellos representan) e incluso al mismo premier israelí Benjamín Netanyahu que necesitaba tapar sus escandalosos procesos penales con golpes de efecto político.

Para “Bibi” se hacía irremontable su situación personal y la de misma familia involucrada en todo tipo de casos de corrupción que obviamente molesta e indigna solamente a la opinión de los israelíes y de sus acólitos sionistas alrededor del mundo que complicaba sus aspiraciones a permanecer en el poder. Trump –quebrantando todo el derecho internacional- le dio el capital para que literalmente se comprara otra reelección entregándole Jerusalen y reconociendo una soberanía de facto sobre los “Altos del Golán” sirios.

Pero Netanyahu también necesitaba cobertura externa. Mucho peor que la comisión de estos delitos de corrupción que caracteriza a los políticos contemporáneos, están los crímenes de guerra y lesa humanidad que se han cometido y se siguen cometiendo contra la población árabe palestina que –vale aclarar- no discrimina entre musulmanes y cristianos. Tapar esto a la vista de la opinión pública mundial y de las instancias judiciales internacionales se hizo imperioso para Netanyahu y Donald Trump y su administración le dieron una mano impagable que jamás podrán olvidar.

Pero como sucede en ese código entre mafiosos, cuando uno de ellos cae en desgracia, nadie se acercara a tenderte una mano y simplemente diran “no te conozco”. De esa manera fue como Netanyahu le pagó a su colega saliente cuando tras ratificarse su derrota electoral  comenzó a ser vilipendiado por los medios, lo elimino de sus contactos en las redes sociales.

En lo domestico una gran parte de los norteamericanos se resisten abandonar el lema “América primero” que hizo de la política económica, uno de los pilares que llevaron y sostuvieron a Trump. En lo financiero, las políticas de la Casa Blanca buscaron cortar los nexos promiscuos entre la banca privada y la Reserva Federal (que fabrica los billetes) que hizo de la política y sus políticos (especialmente los demócratas) meros clientes al servicio de los intereses de las grandes empresas trasnacionales. El salvamento de los bancos privados impulsado por Barak Obama en febrero de 2009, que serviría para salvar los impuestos de los multimillonarios,  fue una de las medidas que una amplia mayoría de estadounidenses (desilucionados) rechazó y que por los resultados obtenidos a posterior, no se equivocaron en su oposición. Obama no solo demostró ser la continuidad de Bush sino que en lo referente al respeto de los derechos humanos y el intervencionismo evidenció ser tan cuestionable como su predecesor.

Cabe recordar que el enojo en EEUU no comenzó el 6 de enero pasado con la toma del Capitolio. Sus causas se vienen arrastrando desde muy lejos y ellas se fundan –en parte- en un hartazgo al fraude y la corrupción política. Y aunque los medios maquillan la gravedad de la situación interna magnificando supuestos valores éticos como se vio en la ceremonia de transición con discursillos referentes a la “unidad” y un patriotismo que claramente no representan.

Al mismo tiempo  no se debe olvidar que aproximadamente unos 72 millones de ciudadanos estadounidenses  votaron por el mandatario saliente y que un tercio de la ciudadanía hace tiempo viene preparándose para una guerra civil (ejerciendo un derecho previsto en la 2° enmienda), por lo cual aquellos argumentos escenificados de institucionalidad y democracia caen en saco roto.

En lo que se refiere a la hoja de ruta exterior de Biden se espera el regreso de EEUU a organismos internacionales que Trump decidió abandonar en su momento por considerarlos  inútiles y parte de un negocio político que conllevaba para el erario público una pérdida de tiempo y dinero injustificado. Así, EEUU abandono la OMS, el Acuerdo de París y el CMNUCC dependiente de Naciones Unidas sobre el “Cambio climático”.  Pero lo que más le importa al Establishment que la administración Biden representa es el regreso pleno a la OTAN reestableciendo los nexos institucionales y operativos que se vieron interrumpidos con Trump. Dentro de estas intensiones Washington deberá ver como resuelve y articula las relaciones con su socio británico que viene tratando de volver a recuperar su protagonismo geopolítico propio.

Este regreso debe ser pleno y con la intensión de asumir el liderazgo político-militar de la organización. Es imprescindible para el redespliegue de los planes de expansión hegemónica que los “Halcones” partidarios de la doctrina “Rumsfeld/Cebrowski” vieron temporalmente truncada por la administración pasada. Como prefacio de que las cosas no cambiaran en lo referido a la agresiva política exterior el nuevo Secretario de Estado Antony Blinken ha dejado en claro que las cosas “seguirán igual con respecto a algunas naciones”, aludiendo a Irán, Rusia, China y Venezuela. Sobre esto el nuevo funcionario deliberadamente omitió referirse a dos grandes problemas como Afganistán y Yemen donde EEUU es uno de los responsables de una cruenta situación humanitaria.

Otra región que sin dudas experimentara estos cambios será Oriente Medio y en especial Iraq, donde la creciente desobediencia civil al gobierno colaboracionista y el creciente rechazo político y popular a los EEUU podrían dar lugar a la –conveniente- aparición de algún nuevo actor como “Estado Islámico” que vuelva a crear el caos propiciando el regreso masivo de tropas estadounidenses.

Igualmente aunque estos serían los lineamientos de la nueva administración, la situación interna de los EEUU es muy delicada y nadie, incluso los más recalcitrantes pro-estadounidenses niega la existencia de una grieta político-racial que no se saldó con el montaje lacrimógeno de la asunción del 20 de enero.

 

 

 

 

“THE HUMANITY OF YEMEN”

How Washington and its allies seek to cover up their interference and responsibilities in the humanitarian crisis in Yemen by twisting the meaning of words and deeds

For too long, attempts have been made to disguise the reality of certain situations through contrived and deliberate descriptions with clearly biased purposes. We saw it with Iraq between 1990 to 2003 with the victimization of the Shiites to justify a military intervention against the Sunni government of Saddam, or the hateful generalization that since 2001 extended to all Muslims in the world when they were associated with "Islamic terrorism" thereby justifying the interventions, torture and murders. That was a historical scoundrel that tried to hide the sinister intelligence devices that we would see with the farces of “Al Qaeda” with Sunni confessional orientation (Takfirism and Wahhabism exported by Saudi Arabia) that ended up being consecrated with the final hoax of the "Islamic State".

In 2010 and after months of a preliminary process of preparation, NATO (like Washington's mask) together with its Arab allies of the petromonarchies (Saudi Arabia and Qatar), carried out a vast operation of agitation and creation of chaos over the entire world. North Africa and that they wanted to recreate in Syria with a version that the western media showed as “popular uprisings” and that they euphemistically christened the “Arab Spring”. Although they still insist on that prefabricated story, it was very clear that this was not such a thing and proof of this is the current situation in Libya.

When Saudi Arabia launched its aggression on Yemen in February 2015 neither Washington nor the UN made any recrimination for this clearly illegal action that violates the sovereignty of a member state provided for in Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter. This silence? The clear existing interest in this catastrophe being carried out but (as has been the custom) hidden under the veils of political ambiguity and informational deception. There is undoubtedly a Manichean vision of what is happening there and even worse, in the case of the US, it is known that it has gradually taken part in these actions that since then have caused the death and misfortune of thousands of Yemenis.

As part of that intervention, Washington secretly deployed its “proxies” resources made up of groups of mercenaries and elements of ISIS trying to establish a counter-insurgency (dirty war) dynamic against the Yemeni resistance that has been a failure.

The arguments to allow this true violation of international law and especially of international humanitarian law are varied, but they focus especially on the supposed influence of Iran on the Shiite Houthis and on the political position of open resistance that they have adopted against the attempts of Saudi invasion and its coalition of mercenaries backed by the USA and Israel. As you can see, when it served to show the Shiites as oppressed they demonized the Sunnis and in Yemen this is seen in reverse.

Despite the military superiority and strategic collaboration that CENTCOM lends to the Saudi initiative, the resistance presented by the Yemenis (especially the Houthis) has been such that their efforts are currently stalled in a disastrous impasse. In an attempt to weaken this resistance, the attackers reiterate the use of the same stealthy and inhumane tactics that focus on collective punishment to generate despair and chaos that by degrading the quality of life of civilians weakens the will of the combatants.

The aberrations that have been seen in this aggression are countless and inconceivable. As in Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria, there is not the slightest respect for the lives of civilians who are often the target of Saudi air strikes and the Emiratis who have used bombs with depleted Uranium and nuclear tactical devices on Sana'a provided by those actors. (Although they have tried to deny it)

But to the destruction by bombs and weapons is added the misery that has been silently being created and exacerbated by the inhumane blockades of food, basic necessities and medicines promoted by political pressure from Washington and its Western allies that are (in addition to instigated by Zionist pressure groups) shamefully supported by Riyadh and its Gulf allies. The situation to which the Arab country is being subjected is so inhumane that to the thousands of displaced already existing is added a situation of famine in process that has already caused the death of thousands of children and that cannot be hidden from world opinion and all this, due to a trade blockade promoted from Washington and supported by the financial sectors that control the market. As Ayman Gharaibeh, UNHCR Representative said “The world cannot let Yemen fall into an abyss.”

This has been one of the weapons that Washington has used in the past to subdue the countries that resisted its intervention. The thirteen-year embargo against Iraq, in addition to the plundering of financial resources (by freezing bank accounts abroad) caused such a state of misery that it pushed back the life expectancy of its inhabitants to bygone times. A specific example was seen in the invasion of 2003 when the British frustrated by not being able to take the southern city of Basra due to the bitter resistance, bombed food stores and cut off drinking water to create despair in the population that made the task of defenders. As Kissinger put it “Control the oil and you control nations. Control the food and you control the towns”.

In Afghanistan it was not possible to use the same strategy as there the armed resistance is more organized and complex, fostered by a multi-ethnic human composition spread over a wide and irregular terrain. This did not prevent the CIA and its colleagues from deploying the “ISIS” ruse to try to counter the influence of the Taliban. In Syria we are seeing how the USA, in addition to its illegal intervention on the ground, tries to strangle its economy through trade sanctions and product blockades that seek the same purpose as in Yemen.

Washington has justified the implementation of these inhumane measures by accusing the Houthi resistance of being a terrorist organization linked to Iran, a terminology used over the years in a partial and tendentious way that led to the aberrations of Guantánamo and hundreds of concentration camps of the CIA around the world.

And this was propitiated throughout the Trump administration, an isolationist who cut off several of the businesses linked to the internationalists who, through military intervention, seek to create zones of perpetual chaos that justify the armed presence of the United States. The exception is understood as a part of its pro-Israeli policy of strengthening the defense of the state by degrading its most bitter enemies in the region. For now, the arrival of Biden and his corresponding advisers for the Middle East does not mean that it stops this policy of humanitarian extortion.

So dire is the situation among the civilian population that the same United Nations representative Martin Griffiths called on the US to review its determination to label the Houthi resistance as “terrorists.” A similar appeal was made by the Director of the World Food Program David Beasley, focusing on the suffering caused by these policies on the mass of the population aimed at obtaining a clearly extortionate consent.

Undoubtedly, beyond the domestic demonstrations of the structural problems that infect American democracy and that affect the lives, liberties and equal treatment of all its citizens, there is in the aspect of how its political and military representatives see the rest of the world, the explanation of a notable disregard for the human life of others based on a supposed belief of moral and political superiority that authorizes them to unleash wars and create chaos in the name of a democracy that they themselves do not practice; without a doubt, it is the irreverent behavior of a criminal elite of global reach.
