“INVOLUTION POLICY?”

What are the changes that are taking place and those that can be seen in the short term in the Middle East due to the abuses of a strategic US ally? Who are its beneficiaries?

The implementation by the US State Department of the “Kashoggi Ban” has given rise to a series of comings and goings between Washington and Riyadh that seem to show the wear and tear of a relationship that has lasted 75 years and that is has seen framed in situations as rugged and dark as they have been the clandestine cooperation with the CIA against its own Arab brothers -against Iraq, Libya and Syria-, the unclear events of September 11, 2001 -which link the royal family and the Bushes- and the same assassination within the Saudi legation in Turkey in October 2018 of the Saudi journalist and “The Washington Post” columnist Yamal Kashoggi How could Washington turn its back on someone who for decades has participated in issues that would politically complicate the United States and What do you know about so many dirty deals?

For decades and especially since September 2001, Riyadh and Washington have been united by a symbiotic relationship that many could not explain. In reality, that relationship was highly secret, due to its highly strategic value. From the media of the time (since the second half of the 20th century) there was not much interest in deepening these relationships since they were conditioned by the secrecy and intrigue of the years of the “Cold War”. Not only the strategic importance of oil forged this union. During an important part of this time, a closed silence was maintained about the true connections that existed between both partners and the consequences that they brought for their own brothers from neighboring secular Arab countries. Even more. Long before the so-called “Abrahamic Agreement” between the United Arab Emirates and Israel took shape, Riyadh already had contacts with Tel Aviv that were aimed at conspiring against the revolutionary Arab governments in the region.

In this sense, Washington always let all the abuses and bestialities of Riyadh pass. The White House could accuse promoting sanctions against a government that allegedly violated human rights but at the same time covered up the inequalities, torture and beheadings that the Saudi regime led -and still carries out-. And it is that how could he annoy one of his best suppliers of Arab agents to form the jihadist militias and subversive groups “Wahabi” useful for Washington that would star in bloody charades such as “Jabbat Al Nusrah” in Syria and the “Islamic State” (ISIS) in Iraq?

Biden during his campaign has shown his presumed interest in civil liberties, immigration, respect for human rights and under these motivations he has not hesitated to criticize his predecessor in dealing with the rugged Kashoggi affair, who undoubtedly protected the Saudi royal family and in particular the discolous crown prince Mohamed Bin Salman of the political and legal consequences resulting from such a brutal crime, proven to be carried out by a “Special Team”.

What was committed by that “special group” within a consular legation in a foreign country, due to the characteristics of what was executed and how it was carried out, would cause nausea to any unsuspecting person who, without distinguishing it from political or ideological implications, was a witness to a scene as terrifying as the one that happened. Yamal Kashoggi entered the consulate in Istanbul to carry out a procedure and ended up leaving in pieces. How could this be explained? In this way the “Saudi experts” have made it clear that they are expert butchers and just as efficient as their Mossad partners; and if not, who can forget that murder in a lavish hotel in Dubai back in January 2010? Like the stealthy Saudis, the “team of Mossad assassins” tried to get out of their job clean but were caught by the security cameras of the hotel complex and that turned into one of the hardest embarrassments to get around for Tel Aviv.

The same happened with the Kashoggi removal and disappearance operation.

It should not be forgotten that as soon as the case was exposed to the public knowledge Riyadh and the paid media in the Gulf tried to free the royal family of any responsibility in the case, the questions of the public opinion did not stop being asked. But true to their Zionist colleagues, the officials in Riyadh were not taken for granted. So shameless was his stance before the public that they only need to say that Kashoggi fell in the lobby and cut his limbs himself. But the technology of the security cameras (like the Israelis) ended up revealing all that sinister operation and in the face of the fait accompli there was no alternative but to accept the blame, but not so much. Averting the gaze to the “Special Security Team” who would have acted on their own or other arguments as little credible as this, made public opinion in general and independent journalists in particular see themselves as insulted in their intelligence.

The obsequious sectors in the US also came to carry out damage control, who, in addition to the good and historical businesses that link them, have extensive relationships that could be seriously affected if Saudi Arabia falls from grace. If this strategic Arab ally loses credibility and respect in the region and what little it has left at the international level, where will the US get jihadists and mercenaries for its hoaxes? In short: A joint effort so that the Kashoggi affair does not reach beyond a few international media and for a short time. How to do it?

For this they had the inestimable support of their hidden partners, the Israelis who have very good and extensive experience (thanks to influences and money) in manipulating sources and Western news traffic to try to cut the reality of what they committed for 70 years to the present against the Palestinian population. They are also a key piece in hiding the continuous provocations and desecrations against Palestinian cemeteries and holy buildings such as the “Al Aqsa” and “Omar” mosques. In this sense, that those (the Saudi royal family) have custody of the holy places of Islam in “Kaaba” and “Mecca” and present themselves as seekers of a political solution to the situation of the occupation of Palestine seems nonsense. Reality reveals that Riyadh is biased on the matter and, worse, officiates against the interests of the Palestinian Arabs.

Another front that has already fallen is the war against Yemen, which despite massive US and Israeli support, has already been lost by Riyadh. With this in view, we can intuit that Saudi Arabia has lost the opportunity to become the ruler of the region, demonstrating in turn, that despite the inexhaustible source of money provided by oil extraction, it can be used to buy the best tanks and missiles. Americans or paying the most professional mercenaries in the market is not enough to win a geopolitical seat. Today the White House is in talks to resume talks with Tehran not only to reactivate the “5 + 1” nuclear Treaty but also (and perhaps most importantly) to try to remove it from the influence of Moscow with the possibility of negotiate a likely and tempting proposal for Iran as the ruler of the entire region.

But Tehran does not lose sight of the fact that the current US State Department in addition to Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is made up of elements such as Victoria Nuland, Wendy Sherman and even Susan Rice, fervent Zionist activists within the US political and governmental structure who have promoted during their previous periods, all kinds of sanctions and plots against Iran in which the Saudis were inscribed with great interest. That is why the Iranians are already preparing to cover their ears to these possible siren calls of the Biden administration.

However, the political circumstances have changed ostensibly and they are clearly adverse`s to Saudi interests and especially to the personal pretensions of Mohamed Bin Salman. Someone advised the crown prince very badly, there is no doubt about that. They made him believe that he could behave like a “tough man” (Top guy) in the neighborhood -which some delusions tried to match Saddam Hussein- without anyone holding him accountable for it. Perhaps his intelligence advisers, widely influenced by his American and Israeli colleagues (with whom they have been cooperating closely since 2010), blinded him to reason or perhaps more precisely manipulated him to do what was convenient for them; Or perhaps (and most certainly), he has been a victim of his arrogance that has led the kingdom to the brink.

Anyway, today the Biden administration seems to want to get rid of this alliance or at least show the world that it wants to do it or perhaps pretend that there will not be the same relationship that it had been enjoying until the Trump administration. From a metapolitical perspective, it could be said that the hour of payment has come for Salman and his adventures falling into accounts that -as happened to Saddam- was only a disposable resource.

 

 

“COMO RETOMAR EL MUNDO”

Cuando Biden y Harris tomaban posesión en la Casa Blanca y los medios hacían un show épico de ello, vi lo que sucedía en Oriente Medio, en Eurasia y en el Mar de la China y allí me di cuenta que todo iba a cambiar, pero no precisamente para mejor.

No paso mucho para que todos pudieran advertir que el transhumanista e internacionalista Joe Biden, mantendrá el Status Quo de situaciones tales como la desestabilización de Siria, el extrangulamiento financiero contra el Líbano y el Stand By de un estado Palestino mientras al mismo tiempo reabriría la carrera por retomar el control hegemónico de todo el globo. Ahora el lema de La Casa Blanca es “America is Back” (EEUU ha regresado) lo que se puede interpretar de varias formas. Usted se habrá hartado durante los últimos cuatro años de escuchar criticas de los demócratas y de los partidarios de Clinton y Biden contra Donald Trump por haber cerrado a los EEUU al mundo, de no respetar los derechos y las libertades civiles de sus ciudadanos, de violentar a los inmigrantes, de abandonar las organizaciones internacionales como la ONU (más puntualmente el Consejo de Derechos Humanos), alejarse de los socios europeos y de la OTAN o cosas parecidas, pero, ¿Què cree usted que está haciendo él ahora?

En lo que hace a su política interna Biden ya comenzó a callar los medios que puedan molestar a su administración. De ese modo se advierte la violación constitucional al derecho a la libre expresión. Mediante el muy discutible argumento de la desinformación (que ha sido una de las herramientas del gobierno federal) los demócratas han comenzado las presiones para que canales de televisión y sitios de internet cierren sus trasmisiones.

Donald Trump adopto una postura “Jacksoniana” y por ese motivo, tuvo como principio de su administración el lema “America primero” como una forma por tratar de reconstruir una deteriorada situación económica-social y financiera interna que ciertamente no logró revertir e incluso, se ha profundizado con la violencia racista de carácter estructural. Al mismo tiempo  fue un dolor de cabeza para el Establishment político y financiero al que Biden y la elite política estadounidense pertenecen, cortando los presupuestos de defensa, reduciendo sensiblemente las movilizaciones militares y las operaciones encubiertas de la CIA en el exterior que bajo la pantalla de la “Lucha contra el terrorismo” (que implica la fabricación de bulos islamofobos como Al Qaeda e ISIS) son parte vital en la maquinaria de conquista del proyecto “Rumsfeld/Cebrowski y además de ello, un formidable negocio para las Corporaciones privadas que se forran de dinero con sus contratos con el gobierno.

Consecuente con esto, Biden firmo sin más miramientos la orden para lanzar ataques contra las milicias de la resistencia chiita iraquí que luchan en Siria, bajo el pretexto de que estaban detrás de los ataques contra objetivos estadounidenses en Iraq. En razón de verdad, el Pentágono ni mucho menos el Departamento de Estado pudieron acreditar con la debida certeza y las pruebas en la mano la autoría acusada. Esto ya es un comienzo bastante negativo para un presidente que se presentaba en sus postulaciones electorales como respetuoso del derecho internacional y de la paz. 

Lo cierto es que en lo que respecta a Iraq y toda la región, EEUU necesita volver a tener una presencia destacable ya que tiene pendiente dos objetivos estratégicos que son, destruir a Siria y desarmar a Irán. Justamente apenas hace unos días el Papa Francisco estuvo en la región puntualmente en Iraq y tras dar un mensaje de reconciliación se reunió con el principal líder del chiismo el Ayatola Ali Al Sistani en la ciudad de Nayab siendo este encuentro el primer acercamiento entre la iglesia Catòlica y uno de los destacados representantes del Islám chiita en un país devastado por la cruenta invasión de 2003 y su inmediata ocupación por una potencia “judeo-cristiana”.

Pero volviendo a los planes de Washington, queda claro que no podrá concretar sus objetivos solo. Tampoco podría llevarlos adelante con la ayuda de su más enconado aliado, Israel ya que la elite que conduce al estado judío tiene su propia agenda y en la cual -desde hace tiempo se sabe- no está incluida La Casa Blanca. Muchos indicios dan cuenta de esto entre los cuales están, la reorganización del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad (CSN) y el planificado aumento del presupuesto de la defensa que ya se refleja en el Departamento de Defensa. Es por ello que Biden y su gente han regresado al plan orquestado por Barak Obama allá por 2015 en el cual la república Islámica de Irán tiene un papel central para la región y ello significa que Washington regresará al Tratado Nuclear 5+1 que significó una distención entre las partes y la cooperación de Teherán para lograr contener la expansión del monstruo yihadista del “Estado Islámico” creado por la CIA -para desestabilizar Siria- con la estrecha cooperación de Francia (especialmente de empresas privadas como Lafarge), del MIT turco y sus colegas de las petromonarquìas del Golfo Pérsico.

Para lograr este propósito Biden y sus asesores deberán maniobrar de forma cuidadosa y sin apresuramientos ya que ello concita (además de rechazos por parte del influyentes Lobie pro-israelí dentro del Congreso), la   oposición de Israel y un alto riesgo geopolítico a mediano y largo plazo. En este sentido las posibilidades de que se produzcan sabotajes, interferencias y obstáculos a semejante planificación es muy alto. De esta manera, Biden y su administración pretenderían darle a los iraníes el papel del “gendarme de la región que Henry Kissinger le dio al régimen del Sha Reeza Palevi en los años setentas del siglo XX solo que esta vez, tratando de evitar que Rohani y sus partidarios traten de establecer una aspiración imperialista “Safávida” que se extienda desde el Líbano hasta el Cáucaso.

Esto último al mismo tiempo supone el apartamiento de Arabia Saudita y el final del apoyo estratégico que durante décadas había venido recibiendo desde Washington de forma casí incondicional. Sobre esto el Secretario de Estado norteamericano Anthony Blinken ha emitido apenas unos días la llamada “Declaraciòn Kashoggi” que es la prohibición de visado a funcionarios de gobiernos que no respeten a sus opositores, como una forma de evadir públicamente las presiones internacionales que se han venido ejerciendo para que se investigue el asesinato y desaparición del periodista Yamal Kashoggi. Referente a esto, el anuncio de un posible procesamiento judicial en un tribunal alemán del Principe heredero Bin Salman por el asesinato, descuartizamiento y desaparición en 2018 del periodista opositor, ha movilizado a todo el reino estableciendo la incertidumbre sobre la suerte del joven príncipe y las consecuencias para la Casa Real. Recièn ahora la CIA (la misma que enmudeció con Trump sobre este hecho) hace unos dás ha informado que estuvo al tanto de la sangrienta operación llevada adelante por sus socios de la Mukhabarat saudita con lo cual, Salman quedaría irremisiblemente comprometido en el crimen.

En lo que respecta a las relaciones con la Federación rusa se ha visto como Biden muestra un lenguaje confrontativo y hasta personal contra su homologo Vladimir Putin que se complementa con nuevas medidas sancionatorias contra el comercio ruso y el restablecimiento de las relaciones plenas con la OTAN con la intensión de retomar el liderazgo político y militar occidental con la nada oculta intensión de penetrar en el núcleo euroasiático que complique la situación geopolìtica no solo de Rusia sino también de China. En este último caso, las actividades navales en el Mar Meridional se vieron incrementadas desde la asunción del mandatario norteamericano por lo que ya se puede advertir que las maniobras de la flota estadounidense, generará el incremento de las tensiones con Pekín.

Con respeto a Latinoamerica, Biden parece que cumplirá con su promesa de “mirar hacia la región” pero al parecer ello no tendrá el carácter positivo con el que se lo anunció y muchos medios obsecuentes lo presentaron. No pasó una semana desde que ocupaba el Salón Oval que ya se posiciono sobre el tema de Venezuela denostando al gobierno de Nicolás Maduro Moros (a quien llamo dictador) y dejando en claro que reconoce a Juan Guaildo (un títere del Departamento de Estado norteamericano) como el presidente interino algo que a la luz de la ley internacional y de los precedentes que se han venido conociendo desde estos últimos años, es una verdadera incoherencia. También se están advirtiendo más avances en la región con el posible regreso de una base militar estadounidense a Panamá lo que ya ha puesto en alerta a los panameños que aún olvidan la brutal invasión estadounidense de 1989.

Como podemos ver, nada ha cambiado con la salida del populista Donald Trump. Inlcuso màs, pareciera que aún resta por ver lo peor. El problema es que al parecer Joe Biden ir más allá que su predecesor y llevará una política exterior agresiva que no estará exenta de acciones de carácter militar directas sin ya, encubrir la participación de su país tras grupos “proxies” o de mercenarios (de empresas de Seguridad Privada) dirigidos por la CIA como lo hace en Iraq y Siria. Sin dudas hay posibilidades ciertas de que haya una posible intervención militar contra el país caribeño.
