Why is the murder of Darya Dugina a terrorist attack that goes beyond the Kiev implications?

It was about 9 o'clock on the evening of Saturday 20 August when a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado van travelling on a road 20 kilometres west of Moscow was suddenly hit by an explosion that threw it to the side of the road where it would remain in flames near the village of Bolshie Vyazemy. The scene did not seem to correspond to the place. None of the neighbours in the vicinity remember a similar event. Another car followed, braking quickly, and a desperate man got out of the car and watched helplessly as the car burnt down, clearly showing signs of dismay.

That man was none other than the conservative intellectual Aleksander Dugin, who only minutes before had seen his daughter Darya Dugina, a journalist and activist, killed instantly by the explosion. She had taken his van at the last minute without even imagining that this could happen. The scenario was reminiscent of the Iraqi resistance attacks on US and British mobile armoured units that put so much pressure on the morale of the occupiers. For British Royal Marines in particular, Amarah, Najab and Basra are places that still haunt the nightmares of many of them.

It was clear that this was not an accident but a deliberate act and worst of all, executed within the capital itself. There is no doubt that this strike just minutes from the Kremlin has the generals and FSB chiefs in an uproar and they must somehow explain to Vladimir Putin how this could have happened. To be fair, Russian intelligence had been on alert for some time and has even been tracking ultra-nationalist elements sympathetic to the Zelensky regime in several raids across the Federation.

The attack apparently targeted Dugin himself, as the van was his and his daughter had taken it to return.

The Russian authorities have not given details of the method of destroying the vehicle, but two possible methods are being considered. One would be the detonation of an IED in the path of the van and the other a limpet bomb placed under the floor of the van and detonated by remote control. In either case, about 400 grams of TNT would have been used. The motive for the attack is presumed to be a psychological blow against the so-called 'Putin mastermind', although many in the Kremlin deny that Dugin has such influence.

According to information published by the Russian authorities, the main suspects are a Ukrainian citizen named Natalya Vovk and her daughter, who were seen entering the building where Dugin lived, with whom they interacted and then fled in their mini cooper with fake plates to Estonia after the attack.

The fate of the suspect is not surprising and casts further suspicion on those behind the attack. It is precisely there that NATO is intensely active with the presence of British troops, which in recent months have doubled their numbers and equipment. Since the beginning of Special Operation Z, the British and other Atlanticist partners have been training irregular groups and cells for operations behind the lines in Donbass, but there is no doubt that the execution of this attack in Moscow has another level that goes beyond the competence of the military.

But it is not only the British military presence that has multiplied. Intelligence has undoubtedly reinforced its bases from where, using Ukrainian elements, they mount their operations against Russian troops in Ukraine.

The use of a limpet bomb is a method widely used by intelligence agencies and especially by the Israeli Mossad to assassinate Palestinian resistance leaders and Iranian scientists. This does not mean that it was the Israelis (despite their close relationship with the SBU) but it does not prevent some of their partners from taking the opportunity to use it as “know how”. And who are close collaborators and allies of this agency in Europe? That's right, the British MI6, which has been involved in similar actions and in particular in dirty provocations such as the one that started the 44-day war between Azerbaijan and Armenia. 

This undoubtedly adds a bizarre framing to the Foreign Office's more than pragmatic relations and highlights who is who in all of this. British politicians who boast of being the liberal beacon for all of Europe and of lecturing others (to follow what comes from Washington) have not only authorised aggressive intervention, terrorism and torture to establish their second-best policies to follow the US (Iraq and Afghanistan) but complete their track record with collaboration with Slavic pro-Nazi regimes.

It would appear that the clearing of traces has already begun, and this can be sensed by the bizarre suicide of a senior SBU officer found in a flat he owned in Krapivnitsky, Kirovograd region. This is only speculation, as it is also possible that he was eliminated on Zelensky's own orders as part of the purge he has been implementing throughout the state apparatus. But possible links to the attack on Dugina cannot be ruled out, which is why he had to be silenced. It is to be hoped that the perpetrator of the attack will not be found alive, as her democratic trainers will undoubtedly wipe her off the face of the earth like her boss. 

 

“UNA GEOPOLITICA CONDICIONADA”

¿Cómo puede la Argentina desarrollarse en las actuales y complejas relaciones internacionales sin una política estratégica propia? La historia de nunca acabar de un país cabeza abajo

Para entrar en circunstancia de lo que sucede en la Argentina, es necesario recordar que un estado condicionado, poco o ningún poder soberano tendrá para ejercer en relación sus pares. Se sabe que el país se halla ahorcado económica y financieramente algo que lo ha obligado a volver a sujetarse al FMI de quien depende para que en teoría, pueda salvar una economía devastada.

El país sigue siendo un paradigma de los contrastes en el desarrollo de países emergentes que poseen las condiciones pero no las aprovechan. Un país con recursos naturales varios y potencialidades para desarrollos de todo tipo, se ve nuevamente bajo los lineamientos de un programa de ajuste requerido y supervisado por este organismo internacional. Bajo estas condiciones, no hay dudas que el gobierno de Alberto Fernández y su coalición del Frente de Todos poco pueden hacer para resistir influencias foráneas.

La situación socio-económica del país se halla en una zona de incertidumbre caracterizada por la ausencia de referencias y el alza de precios agravada por la depreciación de una moneda que cada día vale menos que es producto de un desmedido gasto fiscal acumulado a lo largo de dos décadas de usar al estado como caja de empleo para amigos, punteros y reclutamiento partidario. En un sentido gráfico la Argentina es como un gigantesco globo desinflado.

En este marco y con un gobierno carente de poder político, los intereses de otros estados, mediante organismos que ofician como simples asociaciones y sujetos internos influyen notoriamente buscando concretar sus agendas sabiendo que no serán obstaculizados en su proceder. El caso del avión venezolano retenido ilegal e indebidamente por una discutida medida judicial es ejemplo de esto poniendo en tela de juicio la libertad de maniobra para la Casa Rosada, especialmente por presiones de EEUU y de Israel que son infladas por empresas de medios locales que comulgan con las políticas de esos entes.

El marco global para un país en el caos no puede ser peor. La seguridad y la paz es un asunto global que hoy está en vilo por el capricho del actual inquilino de La Casa Blanca tan o más necio que su predecesor muchas veces defenestrado por los medios del sistema. La OTAN ya ha cruzado varias líneas rojas que decididamente amenazan la seguridad de la Federación rusa. Tan solo unas horas atrás varios ataques terroristas sobre objetivos rusos en Crimea, el uso de armas químicas (Agente X) contra las tropas rusas en  Zaporizhia, atentados en localidades fronterizas rusas e incluso en cercanías de Moscú (el asesinato de la hija de Alexander Dugin) que implicarían la incursión de elementos de la OTAN, demuestran que el sistema de reglas internacionales esta definitivamente roto poniendo en vilo al mundo ante la inminencia de una conflagración a gran escala que afectara a todo el mundo.

Darya Dugina hija del filósofo ruso Alexander Dugin (cercano ideológico de Putin) murió asesinada en momentos que se trasladaba en su automóvil a las afueras de Moscú. Aún no se ha determinado el método de ejecución del atentado pero las primeras pistas indican una trampa explosiva improvisada usada en Iraq durante la ocupación y luego imitada por agencias de inteligencia en Siria

Podemos decir sin dudas a equivocarnos que el sistema de reglas internacionales pende de un hilo muy delgado.

Pero más allá de este escenario global, la Argentina ya venía siendo arrastrada a otros escenarios conflictivos regionales usando situaciones que por las mismas presiones que hoy soporta el gobierno de Fernández, cedió la administración menemista de los noventas (archi corrupta) impidiendo la dilucidación por la justicia.

Los sectores y personajes serviles a dichos intereses no escatiman en difundir falsedades y engaños para apoyar a estas agendas. Los partidarios locales del Commonwealth y del neocon estadounidense se pintan así mismos como los civilizados y democráticos demonizando a todos quienes rechazan esa organización sustentada por la explotación y las finanzas corruptas originadas por la guerra y la explotación. El asunto del avión venezolano es sin dudas emblemático de cómo el Departamento de Estado norteamericano y la embajada de Israel influyen sobre una ya poco creíble justicia argentina para que apliquen medidas que no están legitimados a reclamar y mucho menos imponer pero que igualmente, sus adalides locales bregaran por establecer.

Pero todos estos tironeos no deberían influir en los asuntos de estado. Obviamente, para ello debería existir un poder político bien plantado que lo haría inconmovible y poco permeable a los lobbies externos. Pero la realidad es otra. El país desde hace década carece de una agenda propia y solo va a la zaga de aquellas que le trazan desde afuera excusándose sus dirigentes con la recurrente exclamación “¿Y qué otra cosa podemos hacer?” Lo que dice Washington y su subalterna Unión Europea es lo que suelen seguir estos meros títeres de alquiler. Tal como se ven las cosas la única ambición de sus políticos es ir para donde más convenga, no al país, sino a ellos mismos. Hablar de multilateralismo o de unilateralismo aquí no significa nada y es por ello que el horizonte para los argentinos se ve muy nebuloso. 

La Argentina no puede elegir su camino con libertad. Esta condicionada bajo estas oscuras sombras que la guiarán por las sendas de sus propias agendas y eso es visible a la luz de una gobernanza ausente (y desorganizada) y de una clase política corrupta e inepta que abona el terreno para que aquellas influencias operen con total tranquilidad sin la menor oposición. El mundo ya era muy peligroso antes de la guerra en Ucrania pero lo que se está gestando, es mucho peor.

 

 

 

 

“GEOPOLITICA Y CAOS”

¿Quién es quién en la actual situación del concierto internacional y por qué los que se denominan “democráticos” no pueden señalar a otros de “no democráticos”?

Dentro de los actores más influyentes de la geopolítica contemporánea ninguno tiene las manos limpias y por el contrario, tienen mucho que responder ante la justicia internacional y el relato de la historia. El prefacio se hace necesario para no dejarse embaucar por supuestos cruzados que blandiendo democracia y derechos humanos hoy pretenden explicar la guerra en Ucrania.

Recordemos que la caída de las URSS en 1991 coincidió con el ascenso y apogeo del unilateralismo estadounidense y como su más destacado hito de esto sin dudas fue la guerra contra Irak.  Más allá de las especificas circunstancias de la crisis que dio lugar a este conflicto (en la cual EEUU tuvo un íntimo involucramiento), Washington desplego su absoluto poder consiguiendo monopolizar a su antojo a Naciones Unidas (usándola como fuente de reclutamiento de una coalición) y al por entonces, cojo Consejo de Seguridad quien sin el contrapeso de la URSS (y sin un mandato explicito) dejó hacer bajo la total discreción y control un despliegue bélico a cargo de la potencia emergente.

Si la URSS no hubiera colapsado, Naciones Unidas habría tenido que atender a las fórmulas de negociación planteadas por Bagdad quien hubiera estado patrocinado desde Moscú impidiendo muy seguramente la guerra. Aquello, solo de imaginarlo habría sido una pesadilla no solo para Washington sino para Israel quien más se benefició con el resultado de la guerra.

Cuando algunos tratan de distinguir lo que hoy sucede en Ucrania con las aventuras intervencionistas occidentales contra el mundo árabe-islámico, se nota el intento por crear argumentos justificativos en pro de éstos últimos y a su vez buscando culpar a Rusia por el cataclismo económico financiero global. Incluso, tratando de hacer un parangón entre el presidente iraquí Saddam Hussein y el mandatario ruso Vladimir Putin ya se advierte una pretendida manipulación de los hechos intentando crear tanto en aquella ocasión como hoy en Eurasia, un papel legitimo en la intervención estadounidense.

Contrario a lo esperado por los centros de poder en Occidente, los países africanos y asiáticos más afectados por la falta de fertilizantes, su brutal subida de precio y el aumento en los precios del flete que impiden la siembra de cereales como el trigo para producir alimento, no culpan a Rusia y mucho menos se han adherido al boicot rusofobo que la administración Biden y sus aliados atlantistas europeos (con Bruselas a la cabeza) pusieron en marcha desde la intervención rusa en Ucrania.  

Según algunos como el escritor norteamericano Paul D. Miller, las intervenciones de EEUU y sus socios británicos en Iraq, Afganistán, Libia y Siria no se buscaba desconocer la identidad de sus pueblos o negar el derecho a su existencia. Con solo ver las cifras de muertes y desplazados en Iraq se advierte la inconsecuencia de semejante afirmación. Para este tipo de razonamientos, EEUU y la OTAN (en Afganistán especialmente) estos episodios no fueron agresiones sino, experiencias fallidas que buscaron instaurar la “democracia”. A la luz de las terribles consecuencias producto de cada una de las tácticas empleadas y las comprobadas prácticas de lesa humanidad contra los civiles dentro de una infraestructura del terror (como los campos de concentración en Abu-Graib y Bucca, Bagram, Guantánamo etcetc), semejante argumento deviene ciertamente baladí.

Otro argumento muy remanido por estos sectores cuando tratan de explicar la invasión de 2003 a Iraq hablan de un “George Bush engañado” tratando de instalar una supuesta ingenuidad en todo el espectro de su administración, poniendo acento sobre la falsedad de los informes de la CIA y del MI6 británico que afirmaban que Iraq poseía armas de destrucción masiva (AMD) y que estaba en camino al desarrollo de armas nucleares, tal como se ha venido inventando sobre el desarrollo nuclear iraní.

EEUU nunca acepto los informes de los inspectores que buscaban esas armas. Es por eso que, el argumento de que Saddam fue el responsable de sus negativas a esas inspecciones y ello, otra causal de la agresión de 2003 es cuando menos un insulto a hechos plasmados en la historia y que como sabemos, le costo la vida al experto británico David Kelly.

El descubrimiento de esas falsedades y lo peor, su exposición ante la opinión pública ha hecho que los imaginativos narradores pro-occidentales (especialmente los medios anglosajones) fabriquen toda clase de artificios semánticos y discursivos que traten de explicar lo inexplicable y justificar uno de los crímenes más grandes del comienzo de este siglo.

Otro argumento alegado es que EEUU no buscaba borrar la identidad histórica de Iraq, algo que no se condice con lo que la CIA y la inteligencia militar hicieron mediante la infiltración de células de contrainsurgencia como “Al Qaeda-Irak” y luego la infame “ISI” (luego conocida como Daesh) quienes crearon el caos -mediante asesinatos, ataques terroristas y secuestros- interconfesional tratando de destruir el apoyo de la población a la “resistencia nacional”. Esto fue una parte de lo que se conoce como la “doctrina Rumsfeld/Cebrowski” y que claramente fallo en Afganistán.

Aquella ocupación fue entre otras cosas, un festival del terror en el cual, Washington y Teherán -tras bambalinas- negociaron y se repartieron competencias para intentar controlar un Irak descabezado.

La situación de Libia no fue diferente salvo por los protagonistas estelares que participaron en la intervención. Mientras Barak Hussein Obama jugaba el papel de conciliador y nexo estrecho (por su ascendencia) con el mundo árabe islámico, desde las sombras profundizaría las políticas de sus antecesores (especialmente de los Bush) y para ello lo haría de forma indirecta apoyándose en dos patas. Una, aparentando retiros de tropas y la supuesta búsqueda de diálogos mientras facultaba a la CIA y todas sus agencias a profundizar sus programas de asesinatos y operaciones negras alrededor del globo (incluyendo Ucrania). Otra a cargo de su Secretario de Estado Hillary Clinton quien coordinaría las acciones políticas y diplomáticas para que la OTAN recibiera el visto bueno de Naciones Unidas que hace tiempo dejó en evidencia la necesidad de una profunda reforma o su reemplazo por una nueva estructura en pos de abstraerse a estas influencias que deslegitiman su accionar.

En cada una de estas experiencias, los relatores pro estadounidenses (europeos y latinoamericanos) no hablan del sesgo imperial que significó cada una de estas agresiones pero que sí  y muy forzadamente (en una clara muestra de parcialidad) la ven en la acción rusa sobre Ucrania desdeñando de forma descarada el papel de la OTAN en el desencadenamiento de los eventos en Eurasia y en particular de Washington desde su solapada implicancia en la agitación promovida en Ucrania desde 2013 y que culminó con el golpe de estado en Kiev.   

 

“DISASSEMBLE THE PANDEMIC”

The discoveries made by Russia in Ukraine once again brought to the fore an issue that was already known but shunned from addressing by international organizations. Is SarS-CoV a virus or an artificial construct?

Barely a year ago, the WHO and the governments, led by the advice of infectologists and doctors of all kinds, continued to parade through the mass media, torturing with apocalyptic statistics of hospitalizations, deaths, and constant mutations of “Covid” to populations all over the world. the world. This seemed like it would never end and those who did not accept the rules that these governments of doctors established, would be guilty for the mere fact of breathing.

Under that paradigm, vaccination -under this information saturation- became a matter of life or death and the psychosis created around its convenience or not due to possible future consequences were despised by politicians. The orders in many cabinets was “get the vaccines at any cost” and although in Israel a good part of the population has already been vaccinated with five “mRNA” vaccines, they continue to get sick. Something doesn't add up.

Today I look around me and it seems more like an induced dream nightmare than an episode of reality. We knew what happened at Fort Detrick in Maryland in June 2019, the participation of a US military delegation (including Detrick infected personnel) in the Wuhan games and the “201 Event” held three months later at the Wuhan facilities. the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation” in New York, but the American public, much less the rest of the globe, had any idea of ​​these curious coincidences. With this it is very clear to me that what was always in quarantine was the truth.

The Russian Special Operation on Ukraine (beyond what is politically debatable) opened a window through which daylight entered, revealing very dark and dirty things that were taking place on Ukrainian territory and that explained what we had endured under the bias of a pandemic caused by a bat in a market. This started to generate a lot of questions for me like, remember when Washington and the entire US Media Establishment talked about the “Chinese virus” or its leak from Wuhan?

Apparently, everything was a smokescreen to cover up a biological weapon produced by US war laboratories and private partners with the cooperation of other states (lending their territories), including Ukraine.

The conquests of cities in the east of the country led to the discovery of several facilities that kyiv and much less Washington have explained with serious arguments. In some of these places, traces of an exhaustive cleaning were found to erase traces of research and development of biological agents such as “Anthrax”, “Tulemia and “Colera” among others. Despite having tried to protect them from the Russian advance and in other cases to dismantle them -or destroy them- before they were captured, the Russian troops and especially their special forces managed to take them intact, finding mostly all their files and with them highly sensitive information that would explain the origin and development of what the WHO sold as a pandemic.

All this information served for the head of the Russian Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops, General Igor Kirillov, to conclude on the suspicious characteristics of “Covid”.

But before this was discovered, former IDF intelligence adviser and biological weapons expert Dr. Dany Shoham in a report published by the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies in December 2020 drew his own conclusions about the behavior of this alleged virus. There Shoham noticed certain inconsistencies in how the disease evolved and its capricious mortality according to the region it affected, revealing the hand of man in its preparation.

Precisely its irregularity revealed a fabrication and not a natural origin. The most important intelligence agencies would have reached the same conclusions but they left them in the drawer. Why? Shoham' s conclusions were upsetting for Netanyahu and inconvenient for Washington but also for his colleagues who live off government subsidies.

The findings in the Ukraine have led several Russian experts to conclude, led by Kirillov, that this is so, coinciding with Shoham.

This destroys the entire story created by this state of emergency co-opted by sensationalist “scientists and virologists” supported by the disinformation terror with which the media collaborated with each government during the 24 hours of each day that this toxic Status Quo lasted. Nor should we forget the artificial handling of this by talking about the "Chinese virus", in particular by the US media, which shares the Sinophobia that persists with the current administration. It even exposes the cynicism of the Trump administration itself, which never explained the inconsistencies and bravado of its China representative Terry Branstad.

With these new informative pieces, that puts two theses on the table: A bacteriological attack directed against China or a global test directed by eugenicists such as Bill Gates, the Hopkins Foundation, the World Economic Forum allowed by the Donald Trump administration in the which worked Anthony Faucci, a Reagan and Bush biological weapons specialist who had conducted tests at the University of North Carolina back in the mid-2000s.

It was already known that these experiments were continued in American bacteriological warfare laboratories and that their product was patented in 2003 the Sars-Cov strain as the genesis of Sars-CoV 2 (Covid19). This already leads us to ask, where and with whom did they experience it during all those years? There is no doubt that beyond having tested it in cities and subjects of their own nationality, the Americans had Iraqi and Afghan prisoners as cheap and disposable guinea pigs for this type of secret experiments. The appearance of MERS (a variant of SarS) in the Arabian Peninsula and whose origin could not be explained raised doubts about its nature.

Perhaps it is likely that SarS-CoV has been treated modified and improved to attack certain ethnic groups, although the Russian specialist Professor Konstantin Krutovsky pointed out in an interview with the TASS agency that this “is almost impossible”, leaving in this statement a probability that it is possible.
