"THE NEW BRITISH EMPIRE"

The Skripal case, the missing Argentine submarine and the intrigues against Russia, hide a resurgence of old imperial aspirations?

The latest events in London have shown that there is much more behind the media remembrances created by Teresa May and her infallible Russobous cabinet, than what they actually show. Although for many it is not possible or try to belittle their idea, the movements of the British cabinet seem to be heading to reconquer the place and the old glories of an empire that collapsed after the Second World War and that the US since those days to exercise through its politico-cultural globalization that ended up leading to a political unilateralism that opened the way to its brutal military interventionism.

Today the US is withdrawing from the world stage and is clearly discussing its geopolitical role supposedly in favor of respect for human rights. Their continuous rinsing and lies that have caused the death of thousands and the misery of entire regions has led to few respects the biased recommendations of people like Nikki Haley or David Satterfield that rather than fight for human rights, they operate for the benefit not only of Washington but also of Israel. In this sense, London does not want to have much to do with such a decadent partner, which would only bring more contradictions to its expansive aspirations.

In order to have a perspective of this idea, we must see that it has been from the political experiment called "Brexit" that I distance in appearance, to London from the administrative and political control of the EU. As a nationalist reaction on the island, he decided that he would no longer accept the conditions of European representatives who were not in tune with British interests and their aspirations for a political vision very different from the collectivity of their European peers. From the pinnacles of the British political, military and financial conservative power there was a consensus that leaving the bloc would bring prosperity, independence and greater benefits for the British, but that does not mean there is a nationalist objective. In that sense the conservative Teresa May as the successor of David Cameron would be in charge of putting Great Britain on the road so that they began to unravel the threads that began to be thrown around the planet to recreate an old but updated policy to the circumstances, of retaking the preponderant place in the distant regions where the British Empire stepped on.

Let's not forget that Cameron took the first steps in 2010 with the neocolonial adventure with France and Italy over North Africa by participating covertly in what the Western press cynically called the "Arab spring" and that in addition to violating international laws and human rights favored the overthrow of the government of Mohammar AL Gadafy and occupation of Libya.

According to Teresa May, the departure of the EU will bring Britain "unity, recover its laws, its borders and control of its monies" among other considerations in the middle of a tour that took place on Thursday March 22 by four autonomous territories of the United Kingdom.

In order to achieve these objectives, the May government seems to have set in motion a battery of stage tricks and set-ups that are not exempt from harmful consequences for third parties. In reality, nothing new in the political and informative tactics of Great Britain, teachers if there are any, of how to deceive and manipulate the own and world public opinion. In this last sense, Downing Street 10 - and obviously the local media - leaves aside and becomes blind to the growing claims of other members of the "Kingdom" such as Scotland and Ireland for getting out of control of London. Let there be no doubt that the "democratic British" will hold their politicians Scottish and Irish vassals with a dagger in their throats to continue to keep their countries under the shadow of London.

To relaunch these aspirations, London needs excuses to go out again to take over the world and there is no doubt that the case of the supposed poisoning of the former Russian agent Skripal and his daughter, fall within these plans. While negotiating with the EU the transition to definitively exit the political-economic and commercial scheme, the plans of the Foreign Office have not stopped in the manufacture of events in order to try to run the main international obstacle to these aspirations and that is represented by nothing less than Russia.

While seeking to establish commercial and strategic relations with China, the government of Teresa May has focused its hostile strategy against Russia even, seeking through diplomatic intrigues and insulting suggestions, to separate Beijing from Moscow.

Already came to see some prolegomena of all this, when on January 22, 2018 at a banquet dinner given by "Lord Mayor" in London, the Chief of Staff of the Army of "His Graceful Majesty" General Nick Carter assured before the present that there would be an upcoming war with Russia and that seeing the successes of the Russians in Syria, it will be very important - almost more than winning battles - to develop a media image that favors Great Britain. 

Immediately after this meeting, the government of May announced the creation of a military unit against Russian propaganda, assuming that Russian news reports are falsehoods that must be contained. While his highest army chief reveals these plans, the government of May deploys a media campaign to discredit Russia and particularly focused on the person of Vladimir Putin, which endorses the intentions of London to create an atmosphere of confrontation and mistrust just in moments before the development of the World Cup. If this is not dirty play, what would you call it?

¿And, what about Argentina? The still unresolved incident of the submarine "ARA San Juan" in November of 2017 leaves many questions unanswered and every day that passes is leaving it clear that the government of Mauricio Macri does not know how to continue hiding that - by the undeniable pressure of London - does not search the ship and in turn, tries to keep as far as possible the search ships and especially the Russian ship "Yantar", from the area where the submarine's hull would be intact. On this same, it does not stop to astonish the amount of versions that from the Argentine government were sent to try to dissemble to the public opinion and especially, to try to separate from the minds of the Argentineans the possibility that they can confirm that Great Britain and one of his allies, were directly involved in the criminal act. The last of the efforts of the Navy to try to give a "homely" explanation of the matter, goes through the alleged maneuvers and shooting exercises of the entire Argentine fleet to sink an old vessel out of service. With this they try to reedit the theory of own failure and the implosion of the submarine. At this point and despite some maneuvers to influence the mood of the relatives who some of them came to express "not look for more", no one has doubts that the British hand was involved in that event.

And it is that Britain has a lot to hide there. In addition to the conventional military facilities of Mount Pleasant, there is a whole structure of electronic intelligence at the service of NATO that was recently complemented by the installation of an expensive Israeli anti-missile system directed against a hypothetical Argentine attack. Precisely this is one of the most obscure and dark points of the matter since supposedly the government of Macri (with several confessed Zionists in his party) has very good relations with Netanyahu and the Israeli government. But the reality of the matter is that Tel Aviv and London have more important mutual commitments than the mere ideological sympathy of Buenos Aires can offer.

The South Atlantic and in particular the Malvinas archipelago, is (contrary to what the Macri government considers) a geostrategic point for London and is part of the plans to relaunch the Global Britain in search of exercising the gradual control of the seas.

Regarding this issue, it is not Argentina that is concerned about London but the Russian presence in the waters of the South Atlantic, which although it has enough naval power to run the explorer "Yantar", they know that this would cause an incident of proportions not considered for Mount Pleasant and the entire region. Then the question would be how much is London willing to pay for its ambitions of a Global Britain?

36 years ago the government of the Argentine military junta was launched to recover from the British claws the Malvinas Islands and the control of its southern seas. What was the real price paid by the British for underestimating the Argies?

Another anniversary of the 1982 war brings back to the fore again and again, all those experiences that the Argentine war veterans, continue to expose in schools and with their families so that they do not forget that the war for the Malvinas Islands, Sandwiches and South Georgias. Here John comments on an episode that refers to several comments that have been heard among veterans after the war that refer to that the British would have employed the Gurkas as cheap infantry and that it would have cost them no less than about 2,000 to 2,500 of these Nepalese .

Los últimos cambios en el gabinete de Trump preanuncian que la guerra continuará y se extenderá

Los últimos y sorpresivos cambios en el gabinete de La Casa Blanca no sorprenden a quienes vienen interpretando con su propio discernimiento, cuáles son los verdaderos planes que tiene Donald Trump y el verdadero cerebro detrás de la política exterior norteamericana que no es ni más ni menos que el ala de los halcones y los neoconservadores que anidan en el Congreso norteamericano.

Recordemos que hace más de una semana y más precisamente el 13 de marzo el presidente Trump removió sorpresivamente al Secretario de Estado Rex Tillerson a quien simplemente le dio una palmada en la espalda y se deshizo de él como ya lo había hecho con una docena de funcionarios que no cumplieron con las expectativas de la agenda que  EEUU no puede eludir si quiere sobrevivir en el complejo escenario internacional que hoy se le presenta. Tillerson pasó a ser reemplazado por Mike Pompeo quien deja el cargo de jefe de la CIA para pasárselo a nada menos que a Gina Haspel, una muy discutida funcionaria quien tras haber participado como miembro del ejército en la invasión de 2003 a Iraq esta sindicada como participe en las torturas, vejaciones y ejecuciones sumarias que se llevaron a cabo en el complejo de detención de Abu-Graib de Bagdad durante la ocupación.

Estos cambios comenzaban a preanunciar algo. Sin dudas que ello fue una reacción a las revelaciones llevadas adelante por la Federación rusa el 1º de marzo cuando el hoy reelecto presidente Vladimir Putin con más del 70% de los votos, anunciaba los adelantos tecnológicos de la industria militar rusa que además de sorprendentemente avanzados, son simplemente escalofriantes para los jefes del Pentágono, del Departamento de Estado y por supuesto, la Comunidad de inteligencia. Precisamente y en referencia a las operaciones de la CIA, con éstos últimos hechos, seguir jugando sucio con los aliados de Rusia o incluso contra la misma Federación implicaría la posibilidad de que uno de sus misiles “Vanguard” pueda llegar hasta Washington eludiendo todos los escudos antimisiles que halle en su camino. Esto le ha dado a Rusia el poder político de negociación suficiente para volver plantear condiciones y ser  tomado en cuenta en los asuntos de la geopolítica.

Para los sectores ultraconservadores y sus aliados en el Congreso esto no podía ser más desastroso y acusaban constantemente de estas falencias a las políticas blandas de un Consejo de Seguridad Nacional  sin objetivos claros y con funcionarios mediocres.

Todo estaba terrible. Así lo veían los sectores neocon y sionistas que cabildean en el Congreso y que buscaban desde hace tiempo una mano más firme en el sector exterior, dirigidas contra Rusia pero también y tal vez mucho más importante –especialmente para los sionistas-, contra Irán. Fue de ese modo que cuando se conoció que Trump designaba a John Bolton para el cargo de asesor de Seguridad nacional aquellos sectores sonrieron de satisfacción y respiraron aliviados sabiendo que él es uno de ellos.

Aseguran que Bolton reorganizara el área de la Seguridad Nacional y eliminara a los funcionarios principiantes e infieles que han dejado mal parado al presidente  Trump, quienes según el punto de vista de aquellos, fueron los autores de las filtraciones bochornosas y de los escándalos que dejaron a La Casa Blanca en el ridículo público. Bolton limpiara la Casa Blanca y pondrá en orden el Consejo de Seguridad Nacional CSN, han asegurado algunas voces. Pero esta algarabía es una preocupación para el resto del mundo y mucho más, para los países que EEUU tiene como blanco de sus intervenciones.

Para muchos, esto es la señal de que Trump ha conformado un gabinete de guerra que tiene como principales objetivos, Irán, Venezuela y Siria. Aunque también Corea del Norte es uno de sus objetivos, la realidad demuestra que no es factible de una acción que complique a toda la península y mucho menos, cuando tiene a China haciendo fuerza en el Mar Meridional y menos aún cuando Rusia ha demostrado que puede con mucha precisión golpear muy duro y desde muy lejos.  Igualmente desde lo político, la Casa Blanca ha visto dificultado sus planes contra Pyongyang con los acuerdos arribados por el gobierno de Kim Yon Un con Seúl, lo que ha representado un dolor de cabeza para la administración estadounidense que aún no pasa.

Desde el punto de vista de quienes apoyan a Bolton, esto ha sido responsabilidad de los miembros del CSN que vienen desde la administración de Obama y que es tiempo de remover. Hay una pequeña guerra interna en Washington DC y son pocos los medios que se atreven a relatar sus entretelones, pero está claro que habrá bajas.  Desde que el general retirado McMaster tomo el cargo del general retirado Michael Flynt tras ser despedido, todos los activos de éste último fueron siendo sacados por McMaster para poner a sus propios subordinados. Al parecer Bolton remediara esto, aunque llevara tiempo.

Para muchos el pecado de McMaster fue hablar mucho y lo peor, verdades. El realismo de éste general chocaba continuamente con las caprichosas disquisiciones de un comandante en jefe (Trump) claramente ignorante.

Pero además, McMaster fue desplazado por Trump por las continuas idas y venidas que se entrecruzaban por temas tan complejos como irrelevantes. 

Desde las continuas alegorías a que el presidente pudo llegar a la Casa Blanca por la intervención rusa hasta tonterías como el comentario de éste general que en algún momento dijo a “The New York Times” en una entrevista gráfica que “Trump nos ha sacado a muchos de nuestra zona de confort, incluido a mí”, fueron los motivos para que los cercanos al presidente (en especial su hija y su yerno Kushner) le sugirieran tomar medidas contundentes. Eso toco el ego del maniático carácter presidencial quién sentenció con su famoso “you fired”, la salida del sensible cargo del Consejo de Seguridad Nacional. 

Pero lo más preocupante no es la designación de Bolton y “Cía”, sino quienes componen esta última. Uno de ellos es el controvertido Matthew Freeman un activo militante sionista que opero constantemente para llevar adelante las intervenciones en Iraq y Siria cuando cumplía funciones en sus anteriores cargos en el Departamento de Estado y Naciones Unidas. Esto marca la pauta de cuáles pueden ser la prioridades de una CSN  bajo la dirección de Bolton y sus secuaces. Se pueden oír los cuchillos afilar y eso es señal de que los carniceros se preparan para la faena.

Bolton tiene credenciales de su dureza en política exterior. Como fiel seguidor de las políticas neocon que entre otras cuestiones, fueron responsables de embarcar a la Unión en dos guerras calamitosas. Precisamente, Bolton fue el representante permanente de EEUU ante Naciones Unidas entre 2005 y 2006, años en los cuales la ocupación de Iraq no dejaba de ser fuente de noticias malas para Washington. Además no hay nadie dentro de la comunidad política norteamericana que dude de los lineamientos que sigue Bolton para la resolución de los problemas exteriores. Como un fiel adherente al partido de la guerra, sin dudas será un constante artífice de profundizar los planes bélicos en Siria, de volver a ahorcar a Iraq para que no abandone la dependencia que le fue impuesta desde 2003 y reevaluar los programas de juegos sucios que implementan las agencias de inteligencia para argumentar los movimientos políticos y militares alrededor tanto en el Medio Oriente como alrededor del globo.

Aunque esas son las orientaciones de Bolton, hoy las cosas no son como en 2003 y la libertad de pasar por encima de la ley internacional con argucias y embustes sucios se ven complicados por la omnipresente Rusia que ha demostrado tener el freno para el unilateralismo de Washington.

“EL CUENTO DE PATCHER”

A tres años de la muerte de Nisman ¿Cómo puede llamarse la versión del agente israelí que se fugo alegremente del país?

A tres años de haberse  producido la sospechosa muerte del fiscal especial Natalio Alberto Nisman, todo tipo de versiones se han dejado entrever sin que ninguna, haya sido lo suficientemente convincente como para cerrar las especulaciones mediáticas sobre las reales causas de ello. Haciendo un poco de retrospectiva no hay que olvidar cuales fueron las circunstancias puntuales que rodearon el hallazgo sin vida del funcionario federal argentino y mucho menos, cuáles fueron las primeras suspicacias en torno a la motivación que llevo a que fuera víctima de una bala en su cabeza.

En aquel momento cuando se filtro la noticia, los medios locales y los periodistas que juegan a ser imparciales y buscadores de la verdad, se ajustaban a lo que señalaban las primeras pesquisas policiales dirigidas por la fiscal Dra. Fein. Aunque para algunos la muerte resultaba ciertamente muy sospechosa, no se atrevían a conjeturar que aquello había sido una ejecución por encargo, pero la pregunta era ¿Encargo de quién? Adelanto que, la pregunta sigue siendo muy molesta y dificultosa de responder para ciertos sectores del poder y curiosamente, de la “grey” del fiscal.

En este enredo aparece la figura de un joven y oscuro periodista llamado Damián Patcher que trabajando para el periódico “Buenos Aires Herald” (entre muchos otros) twitearía unos minutos después de la hora en que fue ejecutado Nisman, que algo había pasado en la casa del Nisman. Más precisamente ese Twit decía “Me acaban de informar sobre un incidente en la casa del fiscal Alberto Nisman”. Aparentemente éste periodista tenía muy buenas fuentes, muy buenas para ser un simple freelance a sueldo. Incluso dos días antes de “huir”, fue protagonista de una entrevista en un programa capitalino donde Patcher se vio seriamente expuesto por algunas preguntas de los panelistas que, hay que decirlo, pusieron en un apriete al camaleónico conductor.

Allí pudo verse que Damián Patcher era algo más que un afortunado mensajero de primicias. En aquel programa aseguró que se había tratado de un asesinato y que seguramente estaba el gobierno de Cristina Fernández detrás del asunto. También y como era de esperar, relaciono indirectamente el memorándum con Irán como el supuesto motivo del asesinato. Un tiempo después muy distendido y acompañado de “camaradas” se dirigió al Aeropuerto de Ezéiza y abandono el país rumbo a Israel porque según él, “lo estaba siguiendo” lo cual sugería que su vida corría peligro y acusaba a los servicios argentinos de esas tareas.

Esta última aseveración resulta ciertamente inverosímil no solo por la situación institucional de la entonces SIDE controlada por un pivote de la CIA como Jaime Stiusso sino más bien, por la condición real de Patcher, un agente de una de las agencias que junto a la CIA, en realidad desde hace décadas, controlan virtualmente el espectro de la “inteligencia” en el país. Tal como lo han señalado otras fuentes, las amenazas a su integridad personal que denunció Patcher son tan inmateriales como cualquier película de suspenso. 

Pero aquel muchacho que despertó mucha curiosidad ante semejante comentario y que jamás fue convocado por las autoridades que investigaban el hecho, no era un simple corresponsal con doble nacionalidad. Según salió a la luz inmediatamente a su huida, se supo que había revestido en las temibles FDI israelíes y más precisamente en el “Tshal” perteneciente al área de inteligencia militar. Como era de suponer, jamás dejó la estructura de la comunidad de inteligencia israelí y actualmente revestiría como un agente del Mossad[1] usando la cubierta de periodista como forma de ingresar a los países.

Con estos antecedentes se hace muy improbable que el “periodista” se haya visto espantado por un par de llamadas o la visión de un hombre que –supuestamente y según él- lo seguía con una campera gruesa cuando hacía mucho calor (detalle que advirtió para señalarlo como sospechoso).

Pero según él, a “Nisman lo mataron” y nunca –y menos aún le preguntaron los sagaces periodistas argentinos-  quién le había dicho o explico cómo lo supo. Como aquel comentario fue imposible de eludir de las preguntas que muchos se siguen haciendo sobre qué era lo que estaba haciendo Patcher realmente en torno a la vida de Nisman y más precisamente en el lugar de los hechos, ante la ineludible y harto sospechosa situación del “periodista”, el fiscal Taiana viajo a Tel Aviv para tomarle declaración testimonial en la cual aseveró públicamente que en la muerte del Nisman había estado involucrado el gobierno anterior; igualmente se abstuvo de revelar su fuente haciendo valer la reserva constitucional. Nada nuevo bajo el sol, de los que tratan de ligar esto a una cuestión geopolítica para intereses ajenos al país. Pero ¿Qué quiere decir ligarlo a una cuestión geopolítica? Han pasado dos décadas y media de los atentados en Buenos Aires y siempre (amplificado por los medios locales) se estuvo señalando como autores a supuestos “radicales islámicos” identificados en primera instancia a grupos noenazis locales, de los palestinos, luego a los sirios y desde comienzos del 2000 cuando éstos no era útiles, a los iraníes.

Pero ¿Qué fue lo que paso para que se fueran cambiando en forma tan arbitraria los supuestos culpables de esos ataques? Sin más rodeos, la explicación hay que buscarla en el complejo mundo de los intereses geopolíticos irradiados desde las embajadas de Israel y EEUU en Buenos Aires. La motivación central surge de la constante pugna entre Teherán y Tel Aviv no solo por cuestiones ideológicas sino más bien, por los temores de Israel de verse desbancado como potencia nuclear regional. En ese sentido los desarrollos iraníes de su programa nuclear ha sido blanco de ataques tanto diplomáticos como terroristas originados desde Tel Aviv sin que haya habido por parte de Naciones Unidas, la debida reciprocidad en el trato por indagar cuales son las capacidades nucleares almacenadas en los silos nucleares de Dimona y sus instalaciones submarinas frente a la costa de Haifa.

Con estos cambios arbitrarios en las hipótesis para culpar por esos ataques, dejan en evidencia que ninguno de ellos tuvo nada que ver y sin dudas que los más interesados en encubrir son quienes tratan de desviar las investigaciones con estos infundios.

El momento en que se produjo el asesinato de Nisman, era muy particular. Unos meses antes de que ello sucediera, Washington y Teherán en julio de 2014 llegaron a un acuerdo casualmente mediante un “memorándum de entendimiento” sobre la cuestión nuclear que desbarranco con los planes de Tel Aviv por buscar los argumentos para lanzar un ataque contra Irán. Netanyahu enfureció de tal modo, que hizo una visita al Congreso estadounidense donde entre otros argumentos para buscar el apoyo para un ataque contra Irán afirmó que “Irán había atacado en Buenos Aires”, entre otras acusaciones. Pese a éste desagradable contratiempo puesto a rodar por Barak Obama, el gabinete de Benjamín Netanyahu no se cruzo de brazos para seguir en la búsqueda de incidentes que justifiquen su intervención.

Volviendo a la situación de éste agente israelí en el lugar y enterándose de lo sucedido casi inmediatamente del hecho, con esto a la vista surge muy sospechosa su historia. Nadie a estas alturas puede negar la operatividad de ambos actores (la CIA y el Mossad) dentro de la política interna del país y en especial en lo sucedido en sendos atentados. Tal como lo señala desde hace una década el periodista Juan Salinas[2], Nisman se metió en callejón sin salida al pasar a ser el rostro de un acuerdo oscuro tramado en los 90`s entre Argentina, Israel y EEUU orientado a que nunca se supiera quiénes fueron realmente los perpetradores de dichos atentados. El memorándum firmado entre Buenos Aires y Teherán fue un golpe demoledor para ese acuerdo y para Nisman, quien ya venía siendo cuestionado por el escándalo del insustancial pedido de extradición del ex embajador iraní en Buenos Aires Hadi Soleimanpour, quien además de ser liberado por Londres, se condeno a la Argentina a pagar las costas por el infundado pedido[3].

A la par de esto, tanto los gobiernos como la misma justicia argentina se han visto muy renuentes a buscar pistas e indagar en torno a las actividades de las agencias de inteligencia israelíes en el país y mucho menos, los nexos que vinculaban al fiscal Alberto Nisman con aquellos como también, con organismos como la DAIA y organizaciones militantes sionistas (incluidos a los fondos buitres) muy ligadas a las actividades del Mossad en la región.

La libertad con la que pudo salir Patcher del país, no se condice con su presunto temor a los servicios argentinos, simplemente por su inexistencia. Hoy desde la lejanía con una cansina respuesta, pretende redireccionar las sospechas de una conjura compuesta por un “eje del mal” compuesto por el Kirchnerismo, Teherán y Caracas. Una respuesta coherente ante una actuación tan sospechosa e increíble  sería PATCHER, NO WAY!
