“BIBI´S INDISCRESSIONS”
Israel will take over the spy scandal mounted by its services against the president and all his officials in Washington. What will be the consequences?

By Charles H. Slim
When someone says that he or she is my friend or that or that entity is a friend of us, we should diligently corroborate that those whom we believe friends also consider us in the same way. This comes to mind the historical and clumsy relationship between the US and Zionism in stages before and after the establishment of the state of Israel in Palestine. Although the state of the Union since the installation of Israel in 1948 has put all it predisposition to sustain the Zionist state politically, economically and militarily, the rulers of the latter have repeatedly stabbed him in the back.

Despite this dishonest behavior, the political elite in Washington have repeatedly condoned these procedures. When a few days ago it was made public that the secret service and the Department of Homeland Security detected the installation of sophisticated devices for intercepting and listening to cell phones and the Internet in the immediate vicinity of no less than the White House and other key buildings in Washington, he said. Tel Aviv' s perfidious policy of spying on his own benefactors.

The sources revealed that this would not be the only episode incurred within the Trump administration, whereby discussions and movements within the US intelligence community will be heard shortly in the Oval Hall and Congress.

But history records worse actions carried out by Israel against the US itself. The attack on the “USS-Liberty” in waters in front of the Sinai Peninsula during the six-day war (1967) that killed 34 US Navy sailors, theft of sensitive defense information taking advantage of the position of a Jew-israeli within the structure of the Navy (Subject Jonathan Pollard) and the still never explained participation of Israeli elements at times when the Twin Towers collapsed on the morning of September 11, 2001, have put into discussion the trust that can or it must be granted to a state that operates in such a way.

Even in these last hours, the attack with propeller-powered drones - which were mysteriously not detected by the most sophisticated defense systems- on the oil facilities of “Abqaiq” and “Khurais”, the main ones of the Saudi kingdom, have awakened many suspicions about the real origin and intentions of the attackers. There are strong arguments that indicate the attempt to provoke the United States to execute a response against Iran for its support of the Yemeni resistance. In keeping with this, the statement of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo saying "Iran did it" does not cause any surprise.

Another argument is the disastrous Saudi campaign in Yemen that would have led, at the request of the generals, the crown prince to consider an immediate withdrawal and ceasefire, something bad for Israel.

But we also must not lose sight of the pre-election atmosphere in Israel where the Zionist ultra-right led by Netanyahu and supported by a good part of the Israelis, intends to stay another period in power. That is why a regional war would be ideal for the "Bibi" plans, which must be said, after his visit to Moscow he was harshly reprimanded by Vladimir Putin for the intentions of Tel Aviv for carrying out an "ethnic cleansing" against the Palestinian population.

It is known that Israel, at the expense of the money it obtains from the contributions of the diaspora in the US and the fabulous arms business, has developed a prolific and sophisticated technology industry that ventures among other fields within nanotechnology, software for cyber espionage and development of equipment based on Artificial Intelligence specially oriented to the use of intrusion in communications and weaponry.

As I can see an anonymous source from the US administration, the devices detected are called "StingRays" and despite their tiny size, they have the ability to simulate -in their functions- to be cell phone reception towers, deceiving the devices to deliver their identities, geographic location and extract from them all the files about calls, text and photographs they own. In short, it is about engineering for the violation of freedom and privacy in the palm of your hand.

The degree of professionalism and sophistication in the assembly of these devices speak of a very expensive operation that not any country could mount. The suspicions were reduced to a select few among whom the Chinese came to think. But without a doubt, it was the finding of the same devices that ended up betraying the origin of espionage.

In Argentina (if something similar had happened) the statement of such a situation would have been silenced long before it left the office of the head of the “Federal Intelligence Agency” AFI (ex SIDE) given that politicians and local media, in addition to being obsequent to politics from Israel, they would be fearful of the ridiculous accusations of anti-Semitism or "judeophobia" (a new term that Zionist NGO activists claiming to "defend human rights" try to equate to Islamophobia) that the DAIA would have thrown at them.

But in the US despite the power and influence of the pro-Israeli Lobbie, there are still independent voices that can function with some freedom.
Unfortunately, John Bolton could not give his point of view since one day before he was dismissed from his position as special advisor on National Security, accused among other things of having plunged into the ruin of the National Security Council. Whether Bolton knew or not about the assembly of these devices will remain in the anecdote, although it should be noted that due to his recalcitrant Zionist sympathy, it is possible that he had covered up any evidence of the fact with earth. It seems ironic, one of the neoconservative and ardent militant Zionist officials who would reinforce the security of America, dismissed as a simple cafeteria employee, a few hours before this scandal broke out; Undoubtedly, paradoxical. So who will bear the blame for this information booth?

Trump would never have expected that his "friend" Bibi Netanyahu would have sent him to spy, as assured by sources close to the president, revealing that he has his head only to carry his hair. Trump even made an emphatic comment after these discoveries stating "I don't think the Israelis were spying on us." Undoubtedly, this type of reasoning once again demonstrates the lack of vision and political tact of the US president, revealing at the same time the danger that this candidness with arrogance means for the security of his own nation.

The problem with Trump is that he believes that because he has granted him what no other US president gave Israel, he will be loyal and reciprocal in his returns; error. Once again Trump demonstrates his obtuse and even ignorant view of the Zionist mentality. Experts and former intelligence officials have strongly criticized the president's position, making it explicit that this is not a good sign for similar episodes to be repeated in the future.

This new episode once again remarks that the trust between Washington and Tel Aviv was never re-established, and this could unleash a dispute inside the intelligence community.

For now it has become more than clear that communications interceptions were not only aimed at listening to Trump's phones and all White House personnel, but also to senior officials and representatives of Congress with a direct line to his administration. The theft of information is something serious and when it is of state importance and implies national security, it is a crime that cannot be overlooked. The aggressiveness shown by Israeli intelligence in the collection of information (similar to what they use to kill) seems self-justified in defending their state, but many in Washington seem fed up with it.
