“PLANNING FOUL PLAY”

Who carried out the attack on the bridge in the Kerch Strait and why? Unsurprisingly, the clues lead to one clear direction

Por Sir Charlattam

It may not be glamorous like the seedy streets of London or colourfully gaudy like the hideaways and pubs of Birmingham, but the medieval atmosphere of Rochester and all the green countryside around you is the best place for a meeting with people no one would want to see you or expect to be seen with you.

It is getting very difficult to have a confidential conversation in London without some government toy listening in. Freedom is in an ever-tightening shackle. The leashes of the secret service dogs seem to be loosening more and more. Orwellian surveillance has already passed the limits of tolerance. Some wrong-headed people say it is the “Truss” effect that has enthused the counter-terrorism chiefs of MI5 and MI6 to have more discretion to operate against “Russian agents” and, of course, all under the ominous saying “in the service of Her Gracious Majesty”...but, wait a minute, what majesty if we don't have one?

So a road trip to Rochester couldn't be a better idea for a chat like the one we usually have with my contact “Joe” who always brings me hot gossip that our government bureaucrats don't want us to know except, the swill published by the BBC itself, Reuters who have left the tabloids of The Sun, The Guardian and others looking like innocent children.

It didn't take long for “Joe” to say, “I suppose you are aware of what happened in Kerch?” My affirmative gestural response was enough for him to say, “I mean the real thing”. As usual my attention was captured and as we descended from the car, I limited myself to just listening to him. I was honestly not surprised when he mentioned the involvement of military intelligence in the affair although it is true, not to what degree. The blowing up of the bridge over the Sea of Azov was a job inspired and coordinated by British brains.

“Remember the whole Skripal affair and who was involved, one of them would be the director of the operation in Kerch,” he said with that sly scowl that distinguishes him. Things have changed on the Ukrainian battlefield and Putin is said to have decided that he will not only hit harder with generals like “Armageddon” Surovikin, but with the FSB he will go straight for the brains. The Foreign Office and its colleagues in Brussels are playing with fire and the Tories in Parliament seem to have only just been hit over the head by the Russians' speed in identifying and capturing the perpetrators, including a British officer.

It is not news that retired S.A.S. and other special branches are enlisted in the Ukrainian ranks and that many of them have already been eliminated or are prisoners. When there is money and it is necessary to pay for beers many of these guys don't care whether they teach their tricks to gangs of murderers in Iraq and Syria, to governments like the Saudi and Jordanian or to simple Ukrainian Nazi fanatics. This is not about “democrats” or the “free world against the Russian world” as the media portrays it, it is pure capitalism

Within this scheme and under this logic our government is very well involved in the Ukrainian actions and for this purpose, in addition to these cockroaches, it makes use of selected types. The publication on The Greyzone website that claims the involvement of Colonel Chris Donnelly and other officers in planning the blowing up of the Kerch bridge is not only credible, I would say accurate. In fact, it is not news. During the Cold War Donnelly was Head of Soviet Studies at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, was a special adviser to Margaret Thatcher and served four terms in the NATO General Secretariat, functioning also as an adviser to the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry where there is not causally and currently an abundant deployment of British troops. Donelly as well as a long-time element of NATO's “Stand Behind” networks (involved in terrorist attacks and assassinations in Europe) is the mastermind of anti-Russian psychological warfare and disinformation programmes that had already been in the works since 2015 and which complemented the planning and gazettements drafted ten years earlier by military writer Bruce D. Berkowitz for the RAND Corporation.

He is also one of the masterminds behind the set-up of the sinister operation in “Al Ghouta”, Syria where through the broadcast of a video montage and the cooperation of media corporations such as Zinc Media they tried to blame the Syrian government for the chemical weapons attack on women and children which was later discovered to have been supplied by Turkish and Saudi laboratories.

The 77th Brigade is one of his creatures that was created to generate counter-intelligence and Russophobic propaganda online (on social networks such as Facebook) with the authorisation of the Foreign Office but also with the cooperation of other masquerades based in Lithuania and Brussels such as the Institute for Statecraft (IFS) which under the guise of a non-profit organisation was in reality a hoax (with an address in an old mill in Scotland) funded by the British budget and which Donnelly himself runs. In 2016 at the request of the MoD Donnelly provided advice on these activities to Ukrainian officials in anticipation of operating on Russia from rooms in Kiev. Thereafter he and the 77th Brigade under the auspices of a Washington-funded NGO mask (part of STRATCOM) held meetings to indoctrinate Ukrainian military and intelligence personnel in the art of psychological warfare, information poisoning and anti-Russian propaganda.

That is why the identification of this officer is a problem for the British government's public relations and compromises the entire MI6 network deployed throughout Eurasia.

The strike against the bridge was more than a demolition, it was a psychological warfare operation like those Donnelly and his people were already designing against Iraq before the invasion, against Libya and Syria, and which is more powerful than a powerful explosive.
