CASINO CHARADE
Why does it not matter
who wins the presidential election on 5 November? The roulette wheel will keep
on spinning and bets with public money will multiply
By Sidney Hey
Phile the US elections
are just around the corner, Americans themselves seem rather apathetic towards
the event. It is nothing new for anyone to say that the political elite in
Washington live in a parallel dimension to the reality of their citizens and
Donald Trump has long since shown himself to be no redeeming envoy who will
fight the system and solve its problems.
For her part,
Democratic candidate Kamala Harris is in no better place. Her inconsequential
role as vice-president of a senile and corrupt old man like Joseph ‘Joe’ Biden
is compounded by her cataract of contradictions and unbelievable positions she
exposed in television interviews that more than infuriating her own have
already disheartened the few gullible supporters the system has left. Even
Obama himself, a Nobel Peace Prize-winning charlatan after mass CIA
assassinations in Afghanistan and Pakistan, is confounded by the nonsense
Harris has spouted.
But Harris's
discursiveness is not only part of his lack of knowledge of the issues his
administration has been involved in but of stupidity of his own making. On
foreign policy Harris also emphasised his stupidity, while maintaining the
pro-Israel line guaranteed by any White House hopeful. When she claimed that
the most dangerous enemy for the US was Iran, there were more than a few who
almost gagged. What the hell is this woman saying?
Here both Republicans
and Democrats will follow the same geopolitical agenda and that means, global
instability will continue with their outsourced support through NATO for
Ukrainian fascism trying to buy time with hilarious peace plans, for the
Zionist ambitions of the criminal regime of Benjamin Netanyahu and with it war.
And let's not forget the horrible legacy that accompanies Kamala Harris, marked
by her administration's collaboration in the genocide in the Gaza Strip and the
military cooperation with Israel that tears the Democrats' discourse to shreds.
So get used to it and expect continued escalation with the Russian Federation,
China and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
How much money has it
cost to support Zelensky's Ukraine and Netanyahu's plans?
Trump also brings with
him an additional danger and that is his personal dislike of China and, as we
have seen before, he can push for any kind of dirty measures to screw up the
Asian giant's trade. The current situation in the Indo-Pacific makes this
danger even greater, as the Biden administration is handing him a powder keg
that needs only to be lit. Washington's constant provocations through its
tactical pawns such as QUAD, SQUAD, AUKUS and the instigation of Tokyo to
propose a ‘NATO’ in the Asia-Pacific region are part of what Moscow called
‘growing geopolitical tension around the world’ and has therefore begun to
intensify its naval exercises with China such as ‘Ocean 24’ with a staggering
deployment of naval air forces from both countries.
Or just look at the
latest Chinese naval exercises in tone with the island of Taiwan that have
further heated up the already tense relations between Washington and Beijing.
There is no doubt that more than a message to the island and a fine-tuning of
its armed forces, Beijing is telling the US that the situation on the island
has nothing to do with its electoral calendar.
However, one pretends
to view this reality, whether one or the other is the next president of the
United States of America, the reality of US citizens will not change, let alone
that of the miserable ass lickers of the hemisphere and certainly not that of
EU employees. Of course, Canberra will follow suit.
Donald Trump and Kamala
Harris are like two roulette players betting taxpayers' money that will break
the bank of a recessionary economy propped up by spending that accrues galactic
levels of public debt. This is well known to the bankers and the lords of ‘Wall
Street’ who are already putting on their life jackets in the face of the very
possible turnaround of the US economy. The latter is not an exaggeration given
the way interest rates have been lowered by the FED, the disguised increase in
inflation through contraction (with a reduction in quantity and quality of
products) and the increase in job insecurity.
The supposed antagonism
that the establishment media such as CNN, ABC NEWS, MSNBC, FOX and all that
rubbish, present between Trump and Harris is only for internal consumption and
certainly very few consume it anymore. Both are part of the ‘system’ and as
such play by its rules and incentives. The assassination attempts on Trump were
not an ‘attack on democracy’ as presented by the paid media charlatans of the
establishment, they were part of a settling of scores between factions within
that same sewer system.
Both are a repetition
of old recipes and, at best, a continuation of the warmongering economy that
has brought the world closer to the abyss of a possible nuclear conflict. Let's
see how each of them will create more instability in the midst of a neoliberal
financial system that is dying and that the same black Establishment bosses are
seeking to kill.
While Trump would seek
to impose an economic nationalism based on protectionism and tariffs on goods
from abroad, especially Chinese goods, Harris, according to her, seeks to
improve incomes for all without asking where the money will come from? If you
look at this scenario from perspective you will see that both are part of the
populist virus, only each is a different variant as damaging and out of touch
with reality as Joe Biden's head.
Harris bluntly bases
his arguments for economic improvement on more spending and more spending. What
would that mean for the bloated US public debt figures? More trillions of
computer-generated dollars, since everyone knows full well that there are no
paper dollars or gold in the Treasury Reserve to back up all that printing. Nor
does she explain how she will solve the housing crisis and the unemployment
drama that is sinking American workers.
That's why the White
House should be hearing: ‘No more!!!’, all bets are off...the house wins...the
citizens lose.
