“GEOPOLITICAL POLARITY”

How Israel is progressing in its expansive project in the Middle East and Iran's role in stopping it

Since the second half of the 20th century, the Middle East scenario has become permanently more complex demonstrating how the main political actors in the region behave and are influenced by the arbitrary insertion of de facto situations, such as the state of Israel undoubtedly was in 1948.

As antecedent to this influence was the arbitrary and we could even say obscene distribution of the Middle East, carried out in 1916 by the French and the British with the so-called “Sykes-Picott Agreement” by which and under considerations of which the Arabs did not participate, both Colonial powers divided geopolitical influence by creating Arab kingdoms and nation states that would obviously be subject to the orbit of Paris and London respectively.

In this way, just as they “created” these young nation-states, they saw that they could pave the way for the aspirations of European Zionist groups who, since the end of the 19th century (inspired by their mentor Theodor Herzl) had been pressuring the United Kingdom to be will grant territories in Biblical Palestine to make a Jewish nation-state a reality. This is how in 1923 they achieved that “Declaration of Balfour.”

From a distance, it is clear that from the West (understand the US and Europe), the governments of the centers of power were always manipulating the situation board against Arab interests (even when apparently they had fabulous relations with them on the issue of oil) and in favor of a political entity composed of cadres of Jewish citizens from European countries such as Poland and of course Germany. This was how it was possible to establish a Jewish nation-state through deception, terrorism and the use of military force (financed by unfathomable funds).

Despite the fact that the United Nations had been founded in 1945 to prevent precisely the arbitrariness that had given rise to the second war, Israel was able to carry out its nationalist aspirations through aggression and the war of conquest thanks to the complicity of Western nations triumphant led by the USA. Just as the Third Reich had done, a group of Jewish nationalists would claim with blood and fire "vital spaces" for the development of a "Jewish homeland" on Arab territories with arbitrary limits based on messianic eschatology.

But as soon as that great war ceased, a new hemispheric confrontation called the “Cold War” began, which would end up splitting the world into two great blocs that would try (each on its own) to attract nations that had no other option than to recline on any of those powers. In this way, it was convenient for Israel and the monarchies of the Persian Gulf to be the western agent in the region, while Arab nations with strong nationalist and revolutionary sentiments (Syria, Iraq, Libya and Yemen), who had committed to fight for the The liberation of the territories occupied by Israel leaned towards the support of the Soviet Union.

From that Zionist intrusion that continued with the gradual dispossession of Arab territories in Palestine and the displacement of thousands of its native inhabitants to perpetual refugee camps, the struggle of the Palestinian Arabs (through resistance) against the violent imposition of a political entity that had been born, planned and supported from Europe and that, taking advantage of the circumstances of a horrible war (including the Holocaust), tried to establish the legitimacy to be able to proceed as they did. With this it is clear that it was not “Yahweh” in fulfillment of some prophecy of Moses -as argued by Messianic Zionists and Christian neo-Zionists - who carried out this undertaking. Even more. Its permanence as a state surrounded by hostile Arab neighbors, was sustained and continues to be sustained by the fabulous cooperation (monetary, political, diplomatic and military) of the United States and Great Britain that allowed it to access an offensive nuclear development (with more than 500 nuclear warheads in its arsenals) and to maintain a highly technical army.

Beyond the illegality represented by that military conquest of 1948, from a distance it is very clear that much less such action can have a divine or “blessed” aspect, as many still claim to argue. The war, the massacre and the theft -of Palestinian territories and properties- are an inconsistency to the commandments of the same prophet (Moses) that they usually invoke (victimization by means of) to cover the bestialities committed. The true colonial nature behind -among many others- large real estate deals has long been revealed. It is in this, that a part of Judaism around the world, embarrassed by these shameless and aberrant crimes, rejects and refuses that an earthly political entity like Israel says that it represents them.

But going to the pragmatic and in what is reflected today in the regional political reality, Israel, a nuclear power (with the beginning of its development in 1950) that rests on a gigantic conventional arsenal, aspires to be the ruling power of the entire Middle East with a projection to spread over Asia. The road in that sense has not been easy. The rise of the Khomeini Islamic Revolution in 1979 marked the beginning of a new political position outside the Arab world (influencing the Arab Shiites) that opposed and still continues to oppose his expansionist policy.

Likewise, its path would be paved from 1991 after the end of the war against Iraq[1] and from then on carrying out all kinds of actions  -mostly covert- against its Arab rivals with the accession or rather, the gradual laundering of political relations with the monarchies Arabs of the Gulf and the Kingdom of Jordan (close collaborator of the USA) that does not mean the acceptance of their peoples.

But those aspirations are hampered by the presence of Iran, which unlike the Arab monarchies and pro-American regimes in the region, is the only Islamic state that firmly and unconditionally supports the Palestinian cause. That is why Tel Aviv and the international Zionist network that operates mainly in the US, see Iranian nuclear development and its advances in the field of missiles not as a threat to peace (tearful argument to try to move global opinion) but a strategic obstacle to its expansionist ambitions.

After September 11, 2001, the Anglo-Saxon “Think Tanks” linked to the neocon sector and the pro-Israeli US lobbies took the opportunity to deepen their Islamophobic arguments in favor of intervening in the Middle East that would benefit Tel Aviv's policy, especially in the one directed to crush legitimate Palestinian claims while cutting off aid from countries like Iraq, Libya and Syria, and increasing pressure on the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Israel has reached these instances thanks to the destruction of Iraq and Libya, Arab countries that, before the -convenient- Western interventions (NATO), in addition to supporting the Palestinian cause, had the political and military potential to condition Israeli movements throughout the region. Currently with Syria distracted in an asymmetric aggression of western origin (in which Tel Aviv collaborates) and Iraq weakened by a known Status Quo and the reestablishment of relations with the oil monarchies, the way to extend to the Gulf is paved[2].

It is in this context that Iran has become fully aware of the Israeli position and intentions and has not missed several episodes in the Gulf waters that occurred in June 2019 that left Tel Aviv's black hand evident with the deductible collaboration of Emirati elements. The so-called “Abraham agreement” concluded between Israel and the United Arab Emirates in August 2020 and the secret meetings between senior Israeli and Saudi officials appear to have whitewashed this pre-existing cooperation between these regimes.

That gave Tel Aviv more airs to tighten the rope around Iran. It should not be forgotten that after the 2003 invasion of Iraq, its intelligence and attack cells operated freely on the Iraqi borders with a special point of penetration through Kurdistan. The assassination of General Qassem Soleimani (orchestrated between the CIA and Mossad) on leaving the Baghdad airport in January 2020, was conclusive proof of the intentions of Washington and Israel. Despite the evidence of continuous incursions and terrorist actions perpetrated on behalf of Tel Aviv, international organizations have not taken action on the matter. The assassination of nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh at the end of November 2020 (days after Netanyahu met his intelligence chief Yosi Cohen and King Salman in the resort town of Neom) evidenced the involvement of the Mossad, reissuing before public opinion the tactic of Israeli terrorism. Despite this, it is worth asking where was the United Nations?

It is clear that the Arab monarchical regimes have put business and the advantageous profits that an economic-financial partnership with Israel can bring forward, who in return will claim them, forget about the lawsuits for the Palestinian cause and all the crimes that were committed (that they seek to be investigated by the ICC) and are continually committed to subjugate them. On the contrary, Iran, aware of its geopolitical position and particularly of its strategic importance -of controlling the oil route through the Strait of Hormuz - does not intend to give in to this and has even taken the lead in supporting the Palestinians and the axis of Arab-Islamic resistance.

Currently it is in Syria where the rivalries between the two poles are being measured. Precisely there and since 2011 is where the plans of Washington and its allies (including Israel) to destroy the Syrian nation-state to turn it into a failed state like Iraq with the clear intention of keeping it in chaos and dependent on of “foreign aid”. In this sense, the support of Tehéran (framed in the Russian intervention) has been conclusive not only to defeat the proxies gangs that are mere pawns of the Pentagon, but also to expel those that operate with the support of Tel Aviv in the limits of the Golan Heights and the province of Quneitra.

“THE DEMAGOGY OF IRAQ”

Anything outside of democracy is what governs the Arab country. Who really rules in Iraq?

Today more than ever Iraqis realize that the fall of Saddam Hussein in 2003 did nothing but bring the perpetual calamity and the end of the social peace that they had enjoyed until the arrival of the Westerners. Many will be able to argue all kinds of questions against Hussein and the Baath Party but, in addition to having been a legitimate government and adapted to the idiosyncrasies of the Iraqis, they could never find a single antecedent in its entire period, which reflects the permission of anarchy, the progress of organized crime and much less obscene political corruption such as that which from April of that year to the present has plagued the spoils of what was a model of Arab development.

Washington never had in mind to promote democracy or anything like that, and that was experienced firsthand by the Iraqis themselves. Even more. They speak rather of being under a "dimaghujia" (ديماغوجيا) "Demagogy", than of the much promoted democracy.

The US believed that by cleaning up opponents of its presence and putting in local collaborationist politicians, paid for from black CIA budgets, it would build a pro-Western Iraq and completely controllable from Washington to prevent it from being absorbed by the Islamic Republic of Iran. But the calculations were wrong and despite the carnage orchestrated against the entire population ("Shock and awe"), the support of an administration made up of representatives of criminal groups with no merit other than serving the invaders, the Iraqis in support they bowed. What then was the next step taken by the Americans? Further foment internal discord, creating the political and social conflict between the Shiite and Sunni parties that would end up justifying the appearance of the pseudo-Sunni hoax of "Al Qaeda-Iraq" and later replacing it, the "Islamic State".

By means of this lie, Washington played two points with the famished stability of Iraq, taking advantage of the misery and access to information sources outside the occupation, created by its intervention and the great discontent of the Sunni populations that were being brutally oppressed by the regime collaborator from Baghdad. Thus, the media such as CNN intermittently brandished reductionist and misleading slogans that would be summarized as "good Shiites, bad Sunnis." But the lie did not last long and it was there that large masses of Iraqi Shiites, adherents of Moqtadar Al Sadr, went on to fight the occupation and its collaborators of the "Dawa" Party.

Not only did the Sunni mosques become forums for denouncing the invaders and their puppet government; Al Sadr's Shiite clerics became as insidious and combative as their Sunni brothers and soon began to suffer fierce persecution from the occupying forces as well as the collaborationist Shiite brigades. Even the failed assassination attempt by the Americans against Moqtada Al Sadr further strengthened the opposition of his followers to the regime.

From the press, it was made known to the public that Washington supported the unpleasant –but necessary- regime of the “Dawa” party led by Nouri Al Maliki, but behind the scenes their efforts were aimed at trying to establish new ties with former members of the Baath Party who they were scattered and operating in armed groups throughout "Al Anbar" in northwestern Iraq and especially in the "Sham" region. How could it be otherwise, US intelligence would rely on its Saudi connections and its cells of pimps on the ground who had already been working in Syria to undermine the "Alawite" government of Bashar Al Assad.

In short, while Barack Obama clapped his right hand on the back of Al Maliki, he extended his left hand to the opposition that had already risen in 2011 in a great revolt that threatened the Status Quo of Baghdad. Once again, Washington would manipulate the anger and despair of the Iraqi Sunnis to manipulate them with false promises and then use them with the sudden appearance of "ISIS."

For John Kerry's State Department, keeping the factor of sectarian hatred as the visible element of what was happening was essential to cover up what they were really looking for. In this sense, the work of the great media emporiums such as CNN, FOXNEWS and the large graphic media, was transcendent to disseminate this story that sought to cushion the effects and psychological impact on public opinion of what was to come.

During the nineties George H. Bush and Clinton secretly supported the Iraqi parties of Shiite extraction and of course the Kurds of the Barzani Clan, fomenting and supporting the insurrection against the government of the Baath Party led by Saddam Hussein. And not because Washington aspired to build a democracy but, to establish a strategic point to project against Iran and of course, control the oil resources of Kirkuk. For this, billions of dollars were used to finance CIA operations for the recruitment of deserters, corrupt officials and criminals of the most varied kind who would be in charge of the purchase, trafficking of weapons and explosives that would later end up killing others thousands of Iraqis.

From these black efforts came those who would be the administrators of the occupation. Thus subjects such as Ahmed Chalabi, Noruri Al Maliki, Jalal Talabani and Ayad Alawi, complete strangers to the Iraqi population overnight, became the advocates of facilitating the occupation and therefore the main visible responsible for ordering (in collaboration with the American occupying forces) countless crimes against their own people. The scandals that these henchmen of the occupation carried out became so undeniable and annoying for officials in Washington that there were many problems in trying to establish some legal and justifiable nuance in the aberrations that were being committed (Case of systematic torture). It was very difficult for the White House to try to whitewash such a bloody and corrupt regime led by a guy like Al ​​Maliki who also seized aid money for his population.

That the militias and special "Brigades" of Shiite parties were kidnapping, torturing and murdering fellow citizens (men and women) who had belonged to the Baath party, or were suspected of belonging to the resistance, or were plainly opposed to the occupation was something that the Americans knew by heart for the simple reason, that those dark groups worked for them. It was in this framework that Mr. Nouri Al Maliki was placed at the head of a "Special Committee" by which he was charged with carrying out the "Debaathification" plan and, due to this, he climbed to the government palace within the "Green Zone" in Baghdad. Some sources even revealed that George W. Bush himself was so pleased with the task he was carrying out that in that sense he often expressed "seeking to be his friend." He would also have expressed that "if he (Al Maliki) did not succeed," I will not succeed "making it clear that Al Maliki had been given a dirty task that would gravitate to Bush's political career.

The placement of Nouri Al Maliki was nothing more than that of an executioner to administer and make sure that he would "cleanse" Iraq of opponents.

Here there are no euphemisms or double standards that can hide the responsibility of the officials and the US state who elected this criminal and therefore are as complicated as the Iraqi officials who executed these plans. This is where Washington's resentment lies with the claims of the International Criminal Court.

Never forget that before the US invaded the country, there were never tensions between the Shiites and the Sunnis. On the contrary, there were no divergences in the social treatment or even the occupation of the government posts of Saddam Hussein that demonstrated a composition marked by the confession. It was the same Americans who, in secret, were in charge of feeding suspicion and providing the means to the pro-Iranian groups that for years operated against the Baath Party. Facing the public, the media and its inscrutable sources were the ones who created the hoax of that "sectarian war" that in Iraqi society had never existed until the arrival of the invaders.

But the "Special tasks" of the occupying intelligence did not end there. The operation of private groups (Contractors) subordinate to the directives of the CIA and the Pentagon was another of the dirty faces that represented the so-called "Iraqi Freedom." Officially, these security companies came through contracts with the western oil companies that had taken control of the main oil fields in the country. But for a few extra dollars, these groups made up of mercenaries of various nationalities and all kinds, knew how to execute all kinds of black actions, especially counterintelligence and brutal attacks aimed at creating false attacks of the national resistance.

In the end, it was the pressure of the Shiite resistance groups such as “Kataib Hizb allah Iraq” (Hesbolla Brigades of Iraq) and “Asaeb Aleh Alq” (Order of Righteous Men) who defined the withdrawal of the invaders in 2011. When in 2014 appeared the lie of the "Daesh" (ISIS) took a fundamental role to extirpate that false Caliphate with capital in Mosul. Today, some of these groups included in the “Hashad al-Shaab” (Iraqi People's Militias) continue to be preponderant actors for the liberation of a country that is still occupied and administered by Washington agents. Accused from Washington of being "pro-Iranian", there is actually a fear of their excessive growth especially due to their successful operations in Syria.

Obviously, this is a serious mess for the Americans and it was for this reason that Mustafa Al Khadimi, an Iraqi of British citizenship recruited by the CIA, was placed at the head of the government who (in addition to hardening the repression against opponents), initiated a campaign to deal with to dismantle these groups and allowed - and even would have collaborated - the execution of the assassinations of Iranian General Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al Muhandis in January 2020.

A few days ago the regime's ISOF Special forces carried out several raids in the offices and base camps of "Hashad al-Shaab" from where they arrested senior leaders of accused of being directly connected with the Iranian IRGC. Nothing new that has not been seen since 2003. In the current context for some it is a power struggle between pro-US and pro-Iranian collaborators. For others, Washington's simple commission to the Kahimi puppet government to -with the supervision of the CIA- dissolve these groups that support Iran in its support of Syria, something that is also unacceptable for the neoconservatives and their Zionist partners in Congress. , complicate the strategic landscape of Israel.

In the midst of this, false flag rocket attacks on the “Green Zone” have been denounced by resistance groups accusing the Americans themselves with the complicity of the regime of being responsible.

Be that as it may, once again, the demonstration before the Iraqis that there is nothing democratic in the procedures advised by Washington, reveals the fiasco of its foreign policy. The ideological uniformity demanded by the Americans (and which the hired gangsters take advantage of) is contrary to any canon of freedom. Simply and as happened to those who fought in the resistance against the occupation, whoever does not respect the guidelines of the puppet regime will be imprisoned or eliminated.

 

 

 

 

“DESAFIOS GEOESTRATEGICOS”

Cuáles son los ejemplos que Argentina debería tener en cuenta para comenzar a delinear una geoestrategia propia que le permita desarrollar una geopolítica coherente ¿Hay probabilidades que pudiera lograr estas aspiraciones?

El concepto de la “seguridad global” que se apoya en la existencia de las llamadas “amenazas globales” depende de las conveniencias de quien lo invoque. Para los gobiernos anglosajones y sus aliados de la OTAN se trata de una prerrogativa que se orienta contra aquellos países y regiones que no se alinean a sus políticas. Para ello criminalizar a los oponentes e imponer sanciones de carácter unilateral ha sido durante los últimos 28 años una táctica discursiva  que para justificar acciones hostiles, utiliza la Carta de Naciones Unidas como elemento legitimante y a su vez, de tapadera de sus verdaderas intensiones.

Las consecuencias de las supuestas empresas por la “democracia”, “la libertad” y la “defensa de los derechos humanos”, vistas a la distancia (casos de experiencias tales como Iraq, Libia, Yemen y los intentos desestabilizadores que se siguen sobre Siria y el Líbano), son claramente lapidarios y no permiten arribar a otra conclusión que la de un gran engaño. Quienes invocaron y aún siguen invocando este concepto son precisamente los creadores y principales responsables de las amenazas que sacuden a todo el mundo.

Hoy día el concepto ha dejado de ser exclusivamente occidental y puede ser legítimamente invocado por potencias orientales como cualquier otro país, que sin importar a que hemisferio pertenezca, pretendan hacer valer la defensa de su soberanía política con todo lo que ella implica. Curiosamente fue la política de intervencionismo militar norteamericano y de la cual participan los británicos, la que generó varias –algunas de ellas colaterales-  de las amenazas trasnacionales más peligrosas y latentes de la actualidad. Así “Al Qaeda” (La Base) creada allá por la CIA en 1979, “Osama Bin Ladem” reclutado por la CIA a mediados de la década de los ochenta, “ISIS” (Estado Islámico) ensamblado en 2013 y las diferentes subsidiarias que (con la cooperación de las monarquías del Golfo y Turquía) operan desde 2010 en todo el mundo árabe-islámico, son el producto de la ingeniería de las agencias de inteligencia anglosajones e israelíes destinadas a disgregar los estados de la región.

La creación de estos monstruos que se constituyeron en parte de las amenazas contemporáneas, son elementos sin los cuales, Washington y sus aliados no habrían logrado extenderse alrededor del globo como lo han hecho. Son el componente de las llamadas “guerras hibridas” y de operaciones de manipulación informativa, ensayadas tras experiencias en el Líbano y la sangrienta ocupación de Iraq. Precisamente, ello responde a una larga planificación devenida del estudio de filosofías y estrategias sin ningún valor democrático, direccionadas a la conquista  y el dominio absoluto de los recursos de los países objetivo (Leo Strauss; Rumsfeld/Cebrowski). Los teatros donde EEUU y la OTAN  aplican estas ingenierías subversivas son el Oriente Medio, el centro de Asia (Afganistán), el Mar Negro y el Mar de la China, cada uno de ellos adaptado a las circunstancias geopolíticas que le rodean.

En el Medio Oriente, la penetración comenzó con la forzada guerra contra Iraq de 1991 (dado que Bush no quiso aceptar ninguna negociación) y la consolidó George W. Bush (hijo) con la invasión de 2003 y los ocho años de brutal ocupación. Al retirarse parcialmente en 2011 como no podía controlar el caos que devino de esa aventura y la imparable corrupción de los mafiosos del partido “Dawa” que la Administración provisional de Paul Bremer había colocado en 2004, hizo que los cerebros del Departamento de Estado de Obama pusieran a rodar el embuste del “Estado Islámico”  que además de mantener el caos interno, crearía un “tapón sunita” entre Siria e Irán.

Menos suerte tuvieron con sus operaciones de colores contra los países que limitan con Rusia, especialmente contra Ucrania. Cuando por comienzos del 2014 el mismo Secretario de Estado John Kerry trataba de presionar diplomáticamente a Kiev para que se alejara de la influencia de Moscú, en febrero de ese año estalló la llamada “revolución de Maidan” en la cual quedaron en evidencia –a instancias de la Subsecretaria de Estado Victoria Nuland y el embajador de EEUU en Ucrania- la participación de elementos y mercenarios encubiertos de la OTAN. Pese a que lograron derrumbar al gobierno de Yarnucovich y colocar a un títere en Kiev, Bruselas no pudo apoderarse de la estratégica Península de Crimea ya que Vladimir Putin ordenó la inmediata intervención que frustró la adquisición de la fruta del postre. Desde entonces Washington viene imponiendo sanciones comerciales tratando de debilitar la administración de Sebastopol mientras que la flota estadounidense y sus aliados de la OTAN merodean el Mar Negro tratando de medir las fuerzas navales de la Federación rusa.

Tampoco hubo suerte en fabricar crímenes mediáticos, como fueron los casos de envenenamiento de Skripal y Navalny, usando agentes químicos para endilgarselos sin pruebas al FSB ruso y ello se debió a que Rusia ha invertido con paciencia en el desarrollo de medios informativos alternativos que contrapesen los bulos y las operaciones de intoxicación informativa de la Corporación de medios anglosajones.

En el caso del extremo Oriente, tanto EEUU como la OTAN no han logrado amedrentar a Corea del Norte que tras estudiar las consecuencias de la intervención contra Iraq por haberse sometido a los chantajes de EEUU, ha optado por redoblar la apuesta y demostrar que antes que abandonar su sistema político y la soberanía de sus desarrollos,  peleara hasta el último hombre. Tampoco ha podido controlar los espacios marítimos chinos pese a que desde hace años vienen articulando alianzas y colaboraciones con gobiernos de países vecinos a la China continental. También aquí, el éxito chino radica (además de la cooperación y de políticas más activas con sus vecinos) en la inversión sostenida en desarrollo técnico-científico en la defensa que se plasma en un estado potente con una armada disuasoria a la altura de las amenazas provenientes de occidente.

Pero hay otro escenario geopolítico de particular trascendencia que requiere de este concepto y que deberá tener preponderancia para las próximas décadas y ese es el Atlántico sur y el acceso a la Antártida. En este escenario Argentina debería cambiar su geoestrategia de no intervención y mero espectador que la ha llevado a perder el control paulatino de toda esa zona. Pero antes deberá establecer una visión estratégica, reconstruirse internamente y avanzar  con un objetivo planificado y tomar real conciencia de la posición geopolítica que pretende ocupar, pero ¿Eso es posible?

Desde el final de la guerra de Malvinas en 1982 el país pasó a una faz pasiva que daría nacimiento a una nueva etapa política que no estaría excenta de crisis política y económica que termino dejando al país totalmente inmovilizado, abandonando –además de sus instituciones- las prioridades estratégicas que tiene como estado. Así, los avances en el campo nuclear, de los misiles y de la industria militar se perdieron por erróneas concepciones de como proyectarse dentro del concierto internacional. Sumado a ello, la entrega de soberanía estratégica mediante los Tratados de Madrid de 1990 dio entre otros el control del despliegue militar a Londres. Con ello, la degradación irremisible de sus materiales para mantener una política de defensa medianamente sustentable, debilitó aún más al país. Sobre esto último cabe recordar que la mayor parte del material militar que componía a las FFAA (en especial la Armada) era de origen británico y estadounidense algo que condicionó y sigue condicionando aún más la reconstrucción de una defensa efectiva y propia.

De esta forma, la clase política que mayoritariamente había cerrado la boca durante  los regímenes militares (como lo hizo el mismo Raúl Alfonsín y el Partido Radical), prestó su apoyo inconsciente a esta disgregación que comenzó contra las instituciones de las Fuerzas Armadas y se perpetuó en las décadas siguientes pero que hoy, en nombre de un “progresismo” que no significa nada políticamente sustancial, se extiende a todos los ámbitos de la vida nacional. Es en este sentido que aquel peronismo primigenio nacido del Teniente Gral Juan Domingo Perón quien fundo el “soberanismo” que dio contenido nacionalista y desarrollista a un país que por comienzos del siglo XX  era agro exportador y con una población mayormente pobre, analfabeta y pusilánime controlada por unas cuantas familias patricias con magnificas y directas relaciones con Londres, hoy ya no queda rastros.

El abandono de ese soberanismo (tras la derrota de 1982) además del libre movimiento y control sobre sus aguas, le ha valido (además del control efectivo del mar) perder billonarias sumas de dinero en cuotas de pesca y el acceso a su legítimo derecho de exploración y explotación de los mares del sur. Esto es algo que ningún gobierno desde 1983 hasta el presente ha querido reconocer y mucho menos han planteado de alguna forma planificada rectificar. Bajo argumentos ciertamente baladí y hasta infantiles, los gobiernos pasatistas de la Casa Rosada han optado por invertir recursos y tiempo en los conflictos partidarios intestinos, la queja y el asistencialismo,  abandonando las altas responsabilidades que un estado nación tiene con sus intereses estratégicos.

Han creído que con cerrar los ojos, desaparecerá la ocupación de facto del archipiélago del sur, el dominio de las aguas antárticas o que, sumiéndose a las políticas de Washington o con vehementes quejas ante los foros internacionales, sensibilizaran a los británicos. Pareciera que olvidan los precedentes y la historia contemporánea e incluso,  no conocer como funciona la política exterior de los anglosajones. Durante años y especialmente con el gobierno de Carlos Menem, la inteligencia militar estadounidense tenía su oficina en el Edificio Libertador (sede del Ministerio de Defensa) y al mismo tiempo, el MI-6 británico (con su base en la embajada) recopilaba información de las altas esferas de gobierno gracias a sus fuentes a sueldo que mantenía entre la misma comunidad política (indistintamente de radicales o peronistas) y de varios periodistas porteños.   

Aquel alineamiento automático de Menem no significó que Washington y mucho menos Londres, detuvieran sus actividades intrusivas. Incluso más. Como se ha sabido desde la base británica-OTAN de “Mount Pleasant” en Malvinas se llevan adelante constantes operaciones de espionaje electrónico sobre las comunicaciones sobre todo el territorio argentino sin que Buenos Aires haya podido hacer algo por impedirlo.

Este solo es uno de los ejemplos de las amenazas globales con las que Argentina convive desde hace 38 años y que se le recordó que penden sobre su cabeza con el hundimiento del submarino “ARA San Juan” y la desaparición de sus 44 tripulantes. Actualmente la OTAN ya ocupa una base física en el continente, puntualmente en Colombia desde donde junto a los EEUU opera para desestabilizar a Venezuela.

El espionaje electrónico es una realidad incluso dentro de los miembros de la OTAN (impulsados por Washington), un asunto gravísimo que ha sucitado escándalos diplomáticos que debieron quedar en la nada para no afectar la imagen de la organización atlántica ante la opinión pública. Ello deja de manifiesto que ningún reparo tendrá EEUU y el Reino Unido en interceptar y escudriñar las comunicaciones de Argentina y todo Sudamerica si ello le reporta un interés estratégico.  Son acciones que vulneran la confidencialidad de los actos del estado y persiguen ilegalmente, estar un paso delante de sus planificaciones de gobierno pero también, controlar que es lo que piensan sus habitantes ¿Qué clase de contramedidas cuenta la Argentina para protegerse de esto? Lamentablemente ninguna.

El problema argentino es mucho más profundo y va mucho más allá de estas acciones ya que, al igual que el Líbano, es un país manejado por sus enemigos externos y son estos quienes lo mantendrán de constante dividido mediante crisis sociales (destruyendo la clase media), políticas (faccionamiento y las grietas), financieras (carencia de moneda, fugas de capital, corridas cambiarias, presupuestos insostenibles)  y económicas (perdida del poder adquisitivo y la inflación) que los mantenga dependientes. Es por eso que se suele hablar de la “libanización” o “balcanización” de la nación Argentina. Preguntarnos hoy día si el país puede delinear políticas para defenderse de estas acciones es casi una inconsecuencia.

Si a ello le sumamos un estado de total indefensión podríamos asegurar que desde esas diminutas islas del Atlántico sur Londres monitorea como un “panóptico” a toda la sociedad argentina ¿Hasta cuándo los políticos argentinos harán como si no pasara nada? Lamentablemente ellos no harán nada para cambiar el Status Quo, ese que fue parido por la firma de los Tratados del 15 de febrero de 1990 por los cuales Carlos Menem y Felipe Domingo Cavallo, entregaron a Londres el control de las administraciones de servicios, la banca (que incluye la reserva de oro) y la defensa. Sobre esto último, los argentinos deberán tomar conciencia que están viviendo en un país administrado por funcionarios argentinos (estado) pero prácticamente rentado a Gran Bretaña y hasta tanto ello no cambie, no habrá estabilidad ni mucho menos, gobiernos verdaderamente soberanos.

El desafío de Argentina será en desarrollarse pero con una mentalidad nueva y sana para cohesionar una nación, basada en el esfuerzo sostenido, la disciplina y constancia tendiente al interés general algo de para lo cual, deberá reflejarse en una nueva casta dirigencial ajena a la actual y su podrida estructura, ligada a los negociados, la impunidad y la corrupción.  Siendo más realistas y en vista de la “generosa” donación rusa de vacunas SPUTNIK, creemos que el actual gobierno argentino se guarda bajo la manga el inicio de una alianza estratégica con Rusia que podría constar en el establecimiento de una de sus bases navales en la Patagonia. El futuro de cara a la década que se inicia, de no comenzar a construir un nuevo paradigma sea de una u otra forma, parece poco promisorio.

 

 

 

 

“UNA VACUNA CONTRA LA ESTUPIDEZ”

Hay otro virus que desde hace décadas infecta a la clase gobernante y a los políticos de la oposición argentina que requiere de una pronta cura ¿Es curable la estupidez?

La aparición de la pandemia del COVID-19 dejo entrever varias situaciones bochornosas que la opinión pública de cada país desconocía de sus gobiernos o poco interés tenía en conocer. En el caso de Argentina estas circunstancias han puesto en evidencia una situación estructural catastrófica caracterizada por la improvisación, la impericia y la corrupción.

Desde que Vladimir Putin anunció publicamente la obtención de la vacuna “SPUTNIK V” se produjo un tembladeral en los intereses farmacéuticos de occidente y por supuesto, en los gobiernos anglosajones. Sin dudas se trató de una sorpresa muy difícil de digerir y –como era de esperar- no tardaron en salir al cruce los anglófilos locales y su los autoprocalamdos “republicanos populares” para lanzar especulaciones y sospechas con notorios tintes geopolíticos. 

A partir de allí los laboratorios británicos, estadounidenses y alemanes (parte de grandes multinacionales farmaceúticas) más influeyentes han estado en una carrera contra reloj para tratar de boicotear el logro ruso y ganar al mismo tiempo, los mercados para –según el slogan de los medios-  “salvar al mundo” del Coronavirus. Péro ¿Qué sucedía en Argentina?

Es difícil responder a esa pregunta, si consideramos que podemos entender por Argentina. Y es que, su gobierno (y en particular la persona del presidente Alberto Fernández) da de forma constante muestras de una contradicción existencial que no soporta contrastaciones con la realidad. Sus discursos van desde el cinismo hasta el relato fantástico que no hacen más que suscitar más incredulidad entre los gobiernos de otros países y la desazón entre la población. Calificarlo como peronista o socialdemócrata importa poco ya que, quedó claro que cambia de camiseta conforme la ocasión.

Si bien Macri y su gobierno destruyeron económicamente al país, las gestiones de su predecesora (de la actual vice Cristina Fernández) dejaron mucho que desear. Y desde que el actual presidente tomo el mando, no ha cumplido una sola de sus promesas electorales ya que (está a la vista) no ha puesto dinero en el bolsillo de los argentinos, no ha bajado los impuestos (por el contrario van en aumento y la creación de otros nuevos que asoman en el horizonte) y –en nombre de una solidaridad inexistente- le ha sacado la movilidad a las jubilaciones sin hacer mención de las contrariedades internas con CFK que en las últimas horas se han hecho publicas.

Ciertamente la pandemia hundió aun más al país y hoy por hoy la situación socio-económica y financiera es de total incertidumbre, pero ello no excusa todo lo anterior. No hay un solo “experto” en economía o en las ciencias sociales que logre adivinar hacia donde va éste país en los próximos tres meses.

La circulación del Coronavirus ha complicado aún más esta situación y ello a la vez, ha sido usado por el gobierno  como una excusa para saltar las responsabilidades propias de la clase política que desde hace décadas se aferra como la lapa al estado con la sola finalidad de obtener beneficios propios.

Y es en este contexto de confusión y caos que salen a la luz las consecuencias de esos procederes.

Cuando Vladimir Putin anunció la obtención de una vacuna, éste gobierno que se jacta de “popular” y “nacional”, hizo como si no sucediera nada, demostrando que no quería agitar el avispero de los intereses corporativos internos que se coligan con las embajadas de Gran Bretaña y EEUU. Esto no es un secreto y la demostración de esta obsecuencia irreverente ha quedado más que testimoniada con el estado de postración en la que se halla el estado argentino. Caracas ya lo dejó en claro cuando Diosdado Cabello, para ser diplomático, tildo de “tibio” al mandatario argentino quien no acuso recibo. Pero cuando Fernández y Cia advirtieron que podían explotar políticamente el acceso a una vacuna que ya se estaba administrando, “los populares y nacionales” no dudaron en declarar su confianza ciega al producto ruso iniciando las gestiones para la provisión de las dosis necesarias para la población argentina.

A pesar de las improvisaciones (por el desconocimiento del idioma y de tratativas en asuntos semejantes) y las sonrisas para las fotos institucionales de los diplomáticos, en el terreno de la realidad la situación de disponibilidad material que separa a la Argentina de Rusia es abismal. Tanto, que incluso se ve difícil que sean los argentinos quienes puedan ir a buscar lo que han comprado.

Aquí es donde comienza a vislumbrarse una vez más, un estado calamitoso de cosas que deja en evidencia hasta donde (entre ellos Alberto Fernández) destruyeron la infraestructura del estado nación. Durante décadas, estos mismos políticos que en otros momentos, especialmente en la era Menem, supieron venderlo todo a empresas privadas extranjeras y entregaron proyectos estratégicos a EEUU (Proyecto Misil Cóndor 2) en pos de una supuesta mejora en la calidad de los servicios y la industria, hoy claman por la estatización y el regreso a un desarrollismo ilusorio.

Entre los sectores estratégicos destruidos por estas políticas erráticas y negligentes están la defensa en general y las Fuerzas Armadas en particular. Más allá del direccionamiento deliberado y externo que tuvo esta degradación (Condicionada por  Londres con los Acuerdos de Madrid), hubo una cuota de infantilidad y amateurismo de los políticos argentinos que no puede perdonarse. Con ello la clase política ha demostrado que carece de visión y coraje para mancharse las manos con empresas a largo plazo demostrando que llegan a sus puestos para mejorarse sus propias existencias y la de sus cercanos a costa de los erarios públicos.

¿Cómo puede haber dinero para invertir en aviones, en el desarrollo aeroespacial o en equipamiento de una Armada a nivel de las demandas actuales, si el dinero se va a negociados y emprendimientos familiares de muchos de estos políticos? Son muchos los casos que revelan esta situación y uno de sus síntomas es la ausencia de material a la altura de las necesidades. Esta degradación en la operatividad ha llegado a tal punto que sus cuadros logísticos son casi inexistentes.

En ningún momento los funcionarios pasatistas han tomado en serio el tema demostrando que no entienden o no les ha interesado entender que la seguridad integral de una nación no pasa por ideologías partidarias. Pero así están las cosas en éste país y hoy por hoy sus habitantes se hallan a merced de esas consecuencias.

Esto viene a cuento de la actual necesidad de contar con una logística moderna y adaptada a las necesidades de contingencias como la que actualmente afecta a todo el mundo. Por estos días se discute cómo hará el gobierno argentino para trasladar el cargamento de vacunas que habría adquirido de la Federación rusa dado que Moscú condiciona su entrega a que sean los argentinos quienes la busquen. Pero aquí es donde se refleja la imperdonable carencia de aviones de transporte logístico adaptados para las presentes necesidades. La Fuerza Aérea es una de las armas que más ha sufrido de estas inconsecuencias políticas y la falta de planeamiento estratégico. 

Según se ha sabido, el transporte de estas vacunas requiere de condiciones especiales para su mantenimiento durante el viaje y su posterior traslado terrestre. A diferencia de los productos británicos y norteamericanos de Pfizer y BioNTech que requieren de una conservación de “ultrafrío” de -70 C°, el producto ruso se halla más asequible a las condiciones de infraestructura técnica de la Argentina. De ese modo, la Sputnik V solo requerie de mantener a la vacuna en un ambiente a una temperatura de -8 grados C°, mucho más razonable a las versiones anglosajonas.  Está en veremos si podrán adaptar con equipo de refrigeración uno de sus aviones comerciales “Boing-737-800”.

Igualmente, ello parece haber complicado a las promesas del presidente Fernández de comenzar la vacunación masiva para finales del mes de diciembre ¿Las razones? No contar con la capacidad logística para la simple tarea de ir a buscar el cargamento a Moscú. Pareciera un sinsentido o incluso una broma, pero esto ya lo vimos con la visita a comienzos del 2016 de Obama cuando el avión presidencial “Force One” debió bajar la cota de vuelo y reducir la velocidad al minimo para que los aviones a hélice “Pucará” pudieran escoltarlo poniendo (además del ridículo al gobierno argentino) en serio riesgo a la seguridad del mandatario estadounidense ante un hipotético pero muy factible ataque desde tierra con un simple misil portátil guiado “MANPAD”.

A pesar de aquel lamentable precedente que era la consecuencia del sistemático  desmantelamiento llevado a cabo durante la gestión de los Kirchner, la administración de Macri no hizo nada por mejorar el área, incluso como vimos, trato de encubrir estas falencias materiales con consecuencias fatales como sucedió con el hundimiento del submarino “ARA San Juan”.  En conclusión, tanto a la izquierda como a la derecha de la clase política, la ineptitud y la estupidez campean por igual, algo de lo cual ya lo están resintiendo sus votantes.

Hoy los mismos que ayudaron a desmantelar los brazos armados del país, tratan de explicar lo inexplicable demostrando la incapacidad o más bien, su cinismo que a su vez tapa la incompetencia funcional para estar a la altura de las circunstancias y resolver problemas tan básicos como es el disponer de transporte aéreo. En este sentido, el responsable de la defensa Agustín Rossi quien en el pasado hizo mucho por esta degradación, hoy demuestra su ineficacia en dar soluciones de fondo que puedan enmendar tantas fallas y carencias estructurales que curiosamente él mismo junto a sus partidarios, llevaron adelante durante la primera década del 2000.

Resultado de aquello, el desguace de escuadrillas enteras, el abandono de bases estratégicas (como el desmontaje del radar de Río Gallegos) y la inmovilidad de sus aviones de transporte militar con posibilidad real de acometer una misión como la que por estas horas requiere el país. Ante esta realidad no hay más que silencio y excusas que no sirven ciertamente para resolver problemas que deben ser atendidos de forma urgente.
