GAZA: PREPARING THE CRIME

By Dany Smith

Trump's proposal to resolve the issue in the Gaza Strip should astonish no one, least of all the political leaders of the Palestinian resistance. On Monday, February 10, movements of armored personnel carriers and armored personnel carriers were already beginning to be seen deploying inside northern Gaza, a sign that something is afoot. Two young siblings and their mother trying to rebuild their lives after enduring the tragedy of losing two older brothers and their father killed by the IDF, while seeking to relocate amidst the rubble of what was once their apartment in what is left of Deir Al Balah, must now fear a new onslaught this time (with Heavy MK 84 Bombs received by Israel) , openly blessed from Washington DC.

This is not America. We have made very bad mistakes in Afghanistan and Iraq that we have yet to pay for and are we going to make them again to support a criminal like Netanyahu and his ultra-nationalist militants? Trump while a devout Zionist, is surely following the advice of his son-in-law Jared Kushner who besides being Jewish, is a Zionist militant, ideologue among other things of trying to “buy the will of the Palestinians” to sell their territories for a few gold coins Remember?

As we can see, the policy of retracting military spending and keeping the US out of costly wars will be -as the signs indicate- an exception with Israel, despite the fact that it has already committed a well-documented genocide.

In Trump's mindset everything is possible for a price and he believes that the Palestinians think so and if they don't, well, he will exterminate them. For Netanyahu and Zionists in general the proposal (especially those of the US political-financial elite) is music to their ears, although Israel has been reinforced with more and better weapons (at a cost of $8.4 billion), there is uncertainty as to how possible it is to expel an entire people at the barrel of a gun.

Around the meticulous destruction created throughout the strip by Israel, misleading economic arguments are already being fabricated that could lead the Palestinians to make a mistake if they fall for the deception. In an attempt to disguise Trump's statement about moving Palestinians to take their property, it is being claimed that this is due to a selfless humanitarian intention (as presented to USAID) to rebuild the infrastructure throughout the strip. As never before, the Palestinians are depending on themselves and perhaps on leaders who have not been bought by Tel Aviv. As you will see neither Mahmoud Abbas nor any of his FATAH officials represent the Palestinians of Gaza and indeed of any part of occupied Palestine.

It is clear that Trump lied once again. Apparently, he would be willing to invade with Marines to support the IDF to try to liquidate the Palestinian resistance and all who stand in its way, including the unreleased hostages. But, in reality few could expect anything else from a liar. Least of all a solution based on political negotiation that will consider the Palestinians as legitimate interlocutors and based on the parameters of international law, although in reality when did the deep state ever care about that? The best proof of this is the absolute innocuousness of the United Nations, which only applies its resolutions to poor, poorly armed and geopolitically unimportant countries.

As I write these lines, the IDF was deploying its infantry troops and tank lines around the strip.

Given this scenario, the only problem for Trump and Netanyahu to solve is where do we push these two and a half million Palestinians? Killing them all, although in view of the genocide already committed the ultra-nationalist Zionists would not mind, is politically damaging and that is why the IDF launched a meter by meter systematic destruction of the urbanity in Gaza. To make their land unlivable. They also cut off the entry of humanitarian aid of medicines, drinking water and food in order to make them die of starvation or disease. Let's not forget how some of these Zionists have said that if they are hungry they will “eat land”.

Trump's plan would compensate the deep state operators, those who live off the wars the US has a part in and if it doesn't, we have already seen that they will invent it. This compensation is not only seen with vehement political support for Tel Aviv but in further opening the trade channel for corporations, companies and contractors related to the federal government to do business supplying all the weaponry and equipment Israel can afford (which is actually paid for by taxpayers). In this way he will try to alleviate the internal pressures that part of his policy is applying to reach a ceasefire in Ukraine, where on the surface he would be willing to spank Zelensky and get him out of the picture permanently.

As for what is planned for the Gaza Strip, there is no need to be distracted by the preparations the IDF is making in the vicinity. They are certainly important to consider, but they need a political trigger for Washington DC to give Tel Aviv carte blanche. For Netanyahu and his associates to carry out another genocide without a good excuse is not a smart thing to do and that is why we must be alert to possible dirty deeds such as a bloody fabricated attack (false flag) especially within the US or the EU that would give Israel arguments for a casus belli.
