“DECADE OF DECADENCE”
How the period of the last ten years of Washington's
interventionist policy in the Middle East can be read

Cairo protest in 2010 |
Eight years ago, a series of
popular mobilizations would begin in all of North Africa that under the
apparent slogan of calling for the destitution of the authoritarian and corrupt
governments of the region hid an extensive and detailed plan to cause the
collapse of some governments Lay Arabs (without touching the Arab monarchies)
that for Washington had ceased to be functional.
Mobilizing and
directing public opinion was essential and for that we had to make a story. The
slogan that the western media that caratula all this was headed by editorials
that were nuanced by the words "democracy and freedom", as a way of
arguing the violent protests that in a "magical" and gradual way were
armed and organized to then assassinate citizens of convulsed countries.
The history
elaborated by the western media and some Arabs linked to the Persian Gulf
monarchies (such as “Al Jazeera” and “Al Arabiya”), would relate with
enthusiasm and biased supposed episodes of crimes committed (montage of images,
falsification of audios and even makeup of alleged wounded) by the Libyan and
Egyptian authorities who almost immediately spread them via satellite all over
the world, were unmasked by bloggers and independent investigators who warned
many of those images as simple lies and forgeries. It was without a doubt a
great operation of manipulation of public opinion using social networks as a
tool.
That symbiotic
long preexisting relationship between news media and intelligence agencies
would be evident to public opinion.
the new Obama tactics |
As it was
evident all that had been planned long before and the deployment of agitators
and mercenaries that would later appear before the cameras as Libyan
"rebels" had already landed in North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula
(Yemen) a year and a half before that "spring" without these
movements had awakened the alerts or curiosity of CENTCOM, the CIA and much
less of the Western media.
Nor were Western
governments and media moved by the collaboration of "Al Qaeda" and
affiliated groups with French and British efforts to seize Libya. It should not
be forgotten that after this embarrassing connection (materialized with Al
Qaeda training camps), nothing less than the then Secretary of State Hillary
Clinton would be involved, seriously questioned after the clear incident in
2012 of the embassy in Benghazi in which was involved the CIA and one of these
groups "Takfir".
The outcome of
the story is already known but currently the dynamics of all this has resulted
in an outcome not imagined and even adverse to the plans of Washington,
Brussels and Tel Aviv, central partners behind all this play that aspired to
accelerate Western intervention throughout the Arab world replacing the chaos
strategy using resources such as "Al Qaeda" and then
"ISIS". As will be seen, those who resisted these “soft coup”
operations would lead to the use of subversive resources against them and massively.
It should not be
forgotten that since the assumption of Barack Obama in January 2009, the policy
around the Middle East region changed the ways of proceeding but keeping the
bottom line: Keeping chaos controlled. For this I try to co-opt the sympathy of
Muslims with the political support of the Muslim Brotherhood and at the same
time -and covertly- develop new
secret tactical programs such as the “ISIS” to continue with the appearance of
a necessary global terrorist threat of combat (causing more deaths of innocent
civilians) and in turn eliminate those who could not be convinced by these
guidelines.
This was what
happened with Syria since 2011, where after trying to recreate the same
situation in North Africa (particularly in Egypt and Libya), the planners found
that the Damascus government was more solid and organized than its previous
ones. victims since, according to sources in the region, the Syrian security
and intelligence forces would have taken note of what those same actors had
done to their neighbor Iraq since 2003 and that today is completely
dismembered.
The main
instigators (France, Great Britain, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia) for
overthrowing the Bashar Al Assad government had collaborated closely and
successfully in Libya and after their irremissible failure to achieve their
purposes, gave way to the entry of the US who since The Department of State in
charge at that time of Donald Rumsfeld and his freak of neoconservatives and
Zionists, had already planned since 2003 to dismantle the Syrian national
state. It should not be forgotten that since 2001 the neo-conservative
administration of Bush-Cheney was deploying an ambitious geopolitical plan of
global scope that would be broken alongside a strategic doctrine that based on
military intervention we would later know as "Rumsfeld / Cebrowski."
But the farce of
the Arab Spring in the first instance was motorized by the France of Nicholas
Sarkosy and the Great Britain of James Cameron in order to seize the strategic
resources of Libya and in turn recover seats of a disappeared colonialism. But
the real goals to be achieved were geostrategic and they would serve Israel.
The same claims were brought against Syria but despite the brutal efforts, they
failed without remedy.

Perhaps it was
the participation of Russia that failed the efforts of the initial plotters and
accelerated the American income, but the truth is that this has definitely
changed the balance of power in the Middle East. Today we can ensure that this
is a reality and Russia is the new influential actor in the region.
From 2009 to the
present, the geopolitical situation in the Middle East has always been
reconfigured for the benefit of foreign actors, especially Tel Aviv. And while
the US was the main engine - behind which Israel is covered - to attempt the
scrapping of the Syrian Arab Republic, it is currently the big loser not only
in the political and diplomatic aspect but also in relation to its once
military superiority with which could overwhelm anyone who did not accept their
conditions. All this has happened thanks to a schizophrenic Trump
administration that, beyond its inconsistencies, has cut in part with the
warmongering policy that Bush started in 2001 and that Obama continued wearing
makeup after supposed airs of progressivism, unleashing accusations such as
being "A Russian asset."
That is why in a
recount of American activities in this last decade, we only see a continuity in
the geopolitics of expansion and for this reason they do not repair in
specifying more violations of international law with illegal interventions
sowing greater doubts about the veracity of their struggle against terrorism, a
blatant use of force and mafia tactics (elimination of agent Bin Ladem and Abu
Bakr Al Baghdadi) that circulate with a growth of humanitarian calamity with
millions of immigrants crossing the Mediterranean to flee the countries involved
by the US and its partners. So what can we call this if it is not pure decay?
